Croissants aux amandes: laissez-moi rire! Sinon, en général, tout est pas mal excellent, sauf peut-être les prix… Mais je continue d'y aller, parce-que pour le pain & les sandwichs, c'est dur à battre!

J'ai ma carte pain (!!) & j'y retourne régulièrement depuis plusieurs années. J'ai normalement un service ok sans plus. Je m'installe parfois près des fenêtres avec un thé vert pour profiter d'un max de lumière. Mais là, la dernière fois que j'y suis allée j'ai franchement eu un service EXCEPTIONNEL. Sans me connaître, Josée m'a questionnée & fait une suggestion d'accompagnement pour le pain aux noix, voyant ma carte pain elle m'a informée que certains pains ne sont pas disponibles comme 10e pain gratuit. Je lui ai demandé si de nouveaux pains saisonniers allaient arriver bientôt. Elle a attrapé une boulangère au passage pour m'en dire plus. Ça fait du bien de voir des gens qui comprennent autant ce qu'est un bon service! Enfin de vraies connexions humaines :)

Il y a une raison pourquoi cet endroit est ouvert depuis autant d'année & que c'est toujours rempli. Très bon service, beaucoup de choix, gros roulement ce qui veut dire que la fraicheur y est toujours. Je n'ai jamais acheté de quoi de discutable côté fraicheur en 10 ans à cette boulangerie. Une fois sur deux quand j'y vais, mes baguettes ou mon pain sont encore chauds, miam juste d'en parler ça me donne faim. Continuez votre beau travail.

Nous sommes satisfait. C'est notre boulangerie depuis l'année dernière. Le service est sympathique & les pains sont hallucinants, la tarte aux pommes également.
