Amazing grilled cheese, delicious espresso, lovely service, spacious & bright environment, just super duper lovely. One of my spots to go to now for sure
La nourriture est normale parfois un peu chère carrément, la seule raison pour la quelle j'y reviens & je donne amplement 5 étoiles c'est la dame âgée qui travaille là bas, super douce & gentille toujours souriante, une très bonne énergie pour commencer la journée elle est un rayon de soleil cette dame, parfois je fais exprès comme si j'ai pas encore décidé & je préfère attendre qu'elle soit libre pour qu'elle me sert mon croissant & café avec sa gentillesse habituelle !

Je suis actuellement dans cette boulangerie qui ne mérite même pas cette appellation. Le cinnamon roll était plus sec que le désert du sahara, suite à ça j'ai effectué une demande de changement de produits j'ai eu le droit à un regard non chalent non professionnel. En plus, le lieu est moche & fade bref #demodé
Une dame pas du tout serviable, elle voulait juste se débarrasser de nous alors qu'on voulait faire une commande. Au moins Diego voulait faire quelque chose mais cette dernière a refusé

20 minutes pour acheter une baguette parce que tout le monde est dans la même file quelque soit ce que l'on achète....
Puis on refait la file pour payer....
Mais qui a pensé ce système ?.... Pas une lumière c'est sûr.
La présentation des produits tient plus de l'empilage que de l'esthétique... Son concepteur doit être le même que celui des files.
Il existe des formations pour ce genre de gestionnaires... ou alors d'autres métiers.
Je me suis donné une nouvelle routine : aller acheter mon pain tous les dimanches, même si j'habite à 40 minutes de là. Le service est toujours impeccable, & le pain ainsi que les desserts sont toujours frais & délicieux. Ça vaut vraiment le détour !
Personnel sec & très direct, aucun sourire, on se sent quasiment dérangé, le plus irritant si vous payer en carte bancaire il faut mentionner combien vous voulez laisser de pourboire en étant si mal servi. C'est loin d'être mon préférée.

I recently bought several breads from this bakery, expecting good quality given their reputation & relatively higher prices.
Unfortunately, all three loaves had the same issue: The entire bottom side was burnt, leaving a 2-3 millimetres thick layer of char that made a portion of the bread inedible.
Another concern was the excessive amount of flour covering the bottom of the breads. While I understand that flour is normally used to prevent sticking during baking, the quantity here was unusual & left an unpleasant texture. Combined with the burnt undersides, it felt like quality control was missing.
Beyond taste & texture, there is also a health concern: burnt bread produces harmful compounds such as acrylamide, which are best avoided. Selling bread with this level of charring is not acceptable, especially for a bakery with this reputation.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously & improves the baking process.
The staff was rushing & a bit rude, cleaning loudly & rushing to get tables bussed more than 1 hour before closing. Very loudly & even dropping things, it felt uncomfortable. The cashier was also rushing just throwing the menu at me for drinks. There wasn't even a line behind me, so I don't understand. The infusions were underwhelming, just 3 options & in a really small cup. Why?? Just offer more hot water in a bigger cup. The lack of non caffeinated beverages was really disappointing. The chairs were also really uncomfortable.
The bread is nice but service & ambiance could be improved.
