Première Moisson offers a variety of high quality baked goods, including fresh bread, flavorful croissants, and delicious cheesecakes, though some customers have noted inconsistencies in food preparation and concerns regarding hygiene practices. While many patrons enjoy the bright and spacious atmosphere, the overall experience is frequently impacted by mixed levels of customer service, ranging from warm and attentive interactions to dismissive or unprofessional behavior. Although some visitors find the prices reasonable for the quality provided, others express disappointment with the value and the efficiency of the staff during busy periods. Ultimately, the bakery remains a popular destination for pastries, but inconsistent service and varying attention to detail lead to diverse opinions among its clientele.

I went to try the new O la la croissants, I tried both chocolate & raspberry, both were meh, not crispy at all, the raspberry filling was good but too much, the chocolate filling was not delicious
If you're looking for a perfect pairing to start your day, this combination of espresso & almond croissant is a dream come true. The espresso is rich, bold, & beautifully balanced, offering that satisfying kick of energy with its velvety crema & robust aroma. The almond croissant, on the other hand, is pure indulgence. Flaky, buttery layers on the outside, with a heavenly almond filling that is just the right amount of sweet. The toasted almond slices on top add a delightful crunch that complements the soft, rich interior. Together, they create a moment of bliss - the strong, aromatic espresso balancing perfectly with the sweetness & texture of the croissant. Highly recommended for coffee & pastry lovers!
Love their pastries, especially the croissant. It's just so flaky & so buttery, & the quality is quite high for a chain-restaurant. I wouldn't suggest their macarons (especially the pistachio one), as they are way too sweet (the sweetness takes over the flavour), maybe try buying from other stores if you're buying macarons
