Sometimes I come here & go directly to their'Café' til to purchase just a coffee (no pastry or other food) & I am served immediately. Other times staff will be standing around ignoring me or giving me blank stares, sometimes even on their phones, until someone insists I take a number from the machine by the patisserie side with an attitude as though I should have known that already. Even if I do take a number just to wait to be called to get a drink they direct me down to the café counter anyway. I like getting coffee here but the inconsistency, lack of clear policy, & staff actively standing around on phones/not busy when customers are clearly waiting to be interacted with puts a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be going to the independent place up the road from now on.

Vous pensez faire la piaces sur mon dos en reussissant a passer votre pain deja dur & sec de la veille comme du Pain frais du jour. MAIS quand je reviens pu jamais & je dis a tout ceux que je connais que votre pain pas bon m'a casser une dent ... est-ce que cette piace la feel comme un gain ou une perte? Si j'irais sur une Date aussi fraiche que votre pain, je la laisserais meme pas monter dans ma tercelle

L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique, entouré par la fontaine publique & des bâtiments patrimoniaux. Le quartier est un vrai petit bijou, un secret bien gardé ! Seul bémol : les toilettes mises à disposition par la Ville de Montréal sont d'un autre âge.

tout est bon le personnel est A1 c'est un 4 étoile bien mérité un peu trop chère pour ce que c'est.. le pourquoi j'peux pas donner un 5étoiles.

Je suis allée faire des achats. J'ai demandé au commis ( qui semblait pressé) de la salade d'orzo & une de légumes. Lorsque je suis arrivée chez moi, j'avais de la salade de carottes & de la salade grecque ! Rien de ce que j'ai demandé. Très déçu du service.
