The product selection features an extensive variety of traditional baguettes, rustic sourdough loaves, and nutrient-dense multicrain breads baked daily. Customers encounter an impressive array of fine pastries including buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, and delicate fruit-filled tarts. The display cases highlight decadent desserts such as seasonal mousse cakes, layered mille-feuilles, and handcrafted macarons that demonstrate meticulous confectionery skill. Beyond the bakery staples, the menu incorporates savory offerings like quiches, meat-filled tourtières, and vegetable-topped focaccia squares prepared with locally sourced ingredients. This establishment maintains a commitment to authentic Quebec culinary traditions by focusing on rich textures and bold natural flavors in every batch. The clean, modern aesthetic provides a functional space for observing the craft of professional patissiers at work.

This cafe has become our absolute favorite spot for coffee, croissants, pastries, & bread. Every time we visit, we are blown away by the quality of their freshly baked goods. Their almond croissant, in particular, is hands down one of the best I've ever had in town. The flakiness, the rich almond filling, & the perfect balance of sweetness make it a true standout. Beyond the almond croissant, they offer an impressive variety of baked goods, all made with the same care & attention to detail. From the rich, buttery pastries to the perfectly brewed coffee, everything here is top-notch. If you find yourself in town, do yourself a favor & stop by this cafe. It's a delightful experience that you won't want to miss!

Pros: The desserts are delicious & fresh. Croissants were alright, but could be better. I couldn't feel any cheese in the cheese croissant. The environment is cozy & large. Cons: dessert prices are expensive & above market. Important note: You need to press a button & get a piece of paper from the machine before ordering anything.
