J'ai pas grand chose à ajouter à cette endroit , on rentre en marchant on sort en roulant tout simplement 🫶 A1 partout . Staff très amical, même aux heures très achalandées l'esprit d'équipe reste en place & le client passe avant tout . Merci

Maybe the business is so good here that some service is not as good as before. There is one young local girl for the service, unfortunately assigned to my turn number, you ask her in French, she gave you a look "what?", you switch to English & she is the same look. After her colleague coming, she talked with her colleague that I knew she doesn't know the product & doesn't know how to answer, so just show a poker face saying nothing:( Food is still same level as usual, service is not, specially for this new young girl.

Je suis allée le 26 en après-midi me commander un sandwich comme je le fais parfois, je n'avais jamais remarqué la gérante mal parler à son équipe quoi qu'elle semble avoir les choses en main. À peine arrivée, je commence à regarder les sandwichs, je ne suis pas la seule, je suis face à une employée qui était occupée à faire la présentation des sandwichs que la gérante lui gueule après devant tout le monde & lui dit quelque chose dans l'oreille avant de s'enfuir dans le backstore/cuisine. Aucune idée pourquoi elle a été confrontée de la sorte alors qu'elle a eu peut-être un moment pour placer quelque chose, qui sait. Bref, ça a terni la réputation de cette femme pour moi, je vais essayer de l'éviter à tout prix. Traitez mieux vos collègues! Ils travaillent fort pour nous servi
