One of the best in Brossard. But, missing some variety for birthday cakes. Their Shortcakes are so delicious, especially the strawberry's one. But, the apricot cake was not appreciated by kids, due to nuts added & it was leaking when arrived home (in the winter).

Just bought six croissants for 7$ for my wife & she said:
'This is the best croissant in town! It's so buttery & tasty!'
Is there even butter in that croissant? I feel like the quality went so down over the years for more money. Everything is well presented but quality is not there.. bread is good but viennoiserie are meh.

Charming boulangerie with fresh, flavorful breads & pastries baked to perfection. The croissants are buttery & crisp, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting.
Expensive items, long lines, they asked tips even if u buy a croissant & many other questions that I answered all no to avoid overcharged, ridiculous service.
What a fantastic bakery! Never been disappointed whether it's just getting a bread, grabbing breakfast, or just a quick take out. Love their croissants, almond croissants, Mediterranean sandwich, coffee. Also, their customer service is too good & the gentleman greeting up front also makes you feel welcomed. Just a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

Leurs pains, leurs pâtisseries & leurs sandwichs sont excellents. J'y retourne depuis des années pour en acheter. J'adore leur pain aux olives, leurs croissants aux amandes, leurs feuilles de palmiers pour ne nommer que ceux-là. Cependant, j'ai été très déçue la dernière fois que j'y suis allée. J'ai commandé une salade de farfalles au proscuitto, tomates cerises & parmesan qui était très, très huileuse. J'ai aussi commandé un latte à la vanille pour faire changement d'un latte ordinaire. 5$ pour une toute petite tasse. Ce n'était pas buvable! Très, très sucré (& je n'ai pas ajouté de sucre moi-même!) & un goût ultra artificiel. J'aurais dû aller deux portes plus loin au Starbucks! Plus jamais ne boirai de café là-bas!
I decided to get some breakfast & had a craving for French pastries. I picked up some croissants & chocolatines. They were multi-layered & puffy. The textures were crisp & crunchy. Very buttery & golden brown. Each bite was flaky & crumbly.

Depuis quelques temps, plusieurs personnes utilisent la salle à manger comme bureau d'affaires en tenant des réunions FaceTime à volume élevé qui s'entendent même à l'étage. C'est un bruit métallique dérangeant auquel s'ajoute les voix fortes des participants. Mon petit déjeuner me coûte 25$ alors que pour certaines personnes, c'est un café & un croissant & ils occupent des tables très longtemps. Pourquoi ne pas exiger le port d'écouteurs ou les envoyer à l'étage?
