If you like chicken & healthy bowls filled with toppings, give it a shot. The mix of sweet, savory, spicy, & crisp fresh vegetables paired perfectly with the delicious chicken. I went with 2 flavors & added 2 more chicken. Easily one of the healthiest & best tasting meals I've had from a restaurant in a long time.

Poulet rouge is a very good place to have a quick healthy lunch or dinner. At the time of writing, their chicken is also Halal, if you have this dietary requirement. It is a fast food restaurant, so the atmosphere is not ideal for a quiet lunch/dinner.

Good quality & healthy food. If you want to have a nice fast food & healthier than the others, I recommend it. The spicy & Lime one were tasty & fresh.
