Concept intéressant si l'on sait comment il fonctionne. La serveuse n'a pas pris le temps & n'a pas voulu nous expliquer alors qu'on était les seuls clients. Erreur sur ma commande avec les saveurs demandées (alors qu'on paye un supplément & cela n'était ainsi pas à mon goût ) + l'attitude de la serveuse a rendu cette nouvelle expérience très décevante.

Great food as usual, but I'm assuming this one usually operates as a food-delivery based location. Even if there weren't any customers, I was not greeted, receipt was forgotten to give back, & when taking my order, with no eye contact, I was told:'yeah what is it?' so I felt ignored as a walk-in customer. Also, when I first came, there were nobody at the cash register & they were all arguing about something behind the counter, paying no attention whatsoever to any approaching customer. It took them a while to notice me (the only customer in line) in this very very small storefront

Situé dans le complexe Desjardins, dans le "food court". Première expérience à ce restaurant. Simple mais efficace. J'ai beaucoup aimé. La poutine avec poulet était très bonne. Seulement j'aurais aimé une plus grande portion de la poutine. Personnel super gentil. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionne le menu.

Poulet Rouge is a culinary gem, delivering an exquisite food experience. Food for All- specially chicken with Salad & Quinoa & avocado for Gym Freeks, Chicken with Poutine for children, Regular & famous rice/bulgur bowl for everyone else. & even Veggie bowl for vegetarians peeps.

Poulet rouge is the best as always especially this location, the service is so fast , you will order & get your order in 2-3 mins even in the rush hours. The stuff are so friendly & the food is tastyyy as usual!
