Let me start with the customer service!! They were so welcoming & so nice which is so rare these days…. The place is bright, nice vibe & great music! Now the food… THE FOOD BLEE MY MIND. These days getting take out is like trying to pull a teeth out. People are nasty & the quality is garbage but this restaurant the food was amazingggggg. Fries are tasty! The sphaghetti was flavourful & the burger omggggg the spice was bomb! Went here twice in a row that’s how great the customer service is & the food!View more

I recently dined with family here, & had an outstanding experience. The high burger was flavorful & perfectly cooked, while the crispy chicken was delightfully crunchy & seasoned to perfection. The onion rings were a standout-crispy & delicious, & the French fries were golden & well-seasoned. The owner went above & beyond, generously providing a bubble bottle for my child, which was a thoughtful touch. My first time being here. I'm visiting from Jamaica & I must say, the experience was great. The atmosphere is clean & fresh, service was on point & the chicken was crispy & tasty with the gravy. The gentleman was very friendly & kind too. I didn't dine in because I had to catch my bus to go home. So if you are in the neighborhood, stop in & grab yourself some fry chicken & fries. Very rare is it that I find myself writing a review for anywhere, but I had to take a moment to write a review for Poulet Fou & Frit. Located on Monk boulevard, this place is truly a gem of a restaurant! Best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had - hands down! The staff is very friendly, the walls are plastered with cool art, this is definitely a sweet spot with great vibes. Do yourself a favor & don't miss out on their amazing fried chicken (don't forget the spicy fries!), or get yourself one of their signature Chicky bun bun sandos & your taste buds will thank you. I still dream of this chicken, & as I write this review, the only downside I can think of, is that they are currently not open until later tonight (5pm), otherwise I'd be eating there now :)View more

I like how the staff didn't bother using any French on me & assumed I was an English speaking American. 😆 The food was amazing. Staff was great. I was under the weather so I didn't get to engage as much with the restaurant or people & ordered takeout to eat at home. The energy of the restaurant was positive & of course smelled great. I ordered the spicy wing combo with spaghetti & it was the pick me up I needed. I opted for spaghetti as the side & still got blessed by the team with rogue delicious spicy fries along with a delicious dipping dipping sauce. As someone who is used to fried chicken in the southern United States, this was a top tier fried chicken meal.View more

Absolutely amazing place!! The owner was there & helped us pick as we were there for the first time. The chicken is hot, crispy & juicy! The cajun spice has a kick & the taste is very good. The food is great & worth the price. But every time I come here, I'll have to wait least 40 minutes, & often 1 hour. The worst is case is: I even saw the owner took 2 fries & eat themselves from customer's box before delivering to them...doesn't feel so professional at all.View more

Excellent fried chicken. Big pieces, too. The amount of food properly reflects the prices. My only minor suggestion is that I wish they used normal fries instead of the coated fries. I don't know why places use coated fries. They don't taste good. They absorb the oil & have a bad aftertaste. It's best to just use PURE potato French fries - either straight cut or krinkle cut. With better fries, this place would be the best fried chicken restaurant in Montreal.View more

Food has always been fantastic & the staff are so hospitable & friendly. All the food is made to order so there's usually a 15-20 mins wait after you order. The dessert was really good ! Not too sweet, which was a nice surprise. My family usually offers the 10 piece combo with half spaghetti+ half fries, & there's more than enough leftovers for the next couple of days. The fried chicken is always perfectly juicy & the skin is very crispy, the fries are crunchy, the spaghetti is on the sweeter side (which my child loves), & the gravy is so tasty. Definitely need to try it if you're in the neighbourhood, I cannot recommend it more to anyone looking for a good fried chicken place.View more
