This place is absolutely my favourite fried chicken place in Montreal (& one of my favourite restaurants here period). The chicken is some of the juiciest, crispiest & well seasoned chicken I've ever had, & coupled with the overwhelmingly friendly & congenial atmosphere Poulet Fou & Frit is pretty addictive. I find myself thinking of eating their fried chicken at least once a week! It's reasonably priced too, making you want to come back regularly. The owners & staff are all super kind, generous & really want to make sure your dining experience is a happy one. They're amazing. Couldn't recommend it more! Definitely somewhere I go & bring friends :)

We ordered the discovery 10-pc pack, half spicy with the spaghetti. The chicken was exceptional. The kids loved it. Giving it full 5 stars even if we might not take the spaghetti next time. Also, different dipping sauce options could elevate the experience even more. Overall, run don't walk.View more

The chicken was delicious & juicy. The bun & pickles were sweet & rich. The spaghetti was a surprise but delicious.
The owners noticed it was my first time upon coming in & were super friendly.
The atmosphere was super cool with a retro feel.

5 stars aren't enough for this place, it's that special. Spotted the action on a Saturday night as the karaoke band was setting up. Akira & Star Wars artwork up. Big tables full of people, Filipino family action, multi culti, friendly no-nonsense. Great service, they gave us a free piece of juicy chicken while we waited for our order. insanely delicious, I've tried fried chicken all around the world & this is top… but this place has more than that, it has VIBE.
