Such a great spot! My friend Munir & I visited Poulet FOU & Frit & had an amazing experience. The fried chicken was delicious, & the spaghetti was really good too, classic comfort food done right. The owners Cathy & Stan were incredibly welcoming & respectful & made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The whole place has a nostalgic, homey vibe that makes you want to stay longer. We even ended up buying a comic book from them which made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommend this place, & big appreciation to Cathy & Stan for the hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

This place genuinely left an impression on me. The chicken at Poulet FOU & Frit is, without exaggeration, the best chicken I have ever tasted-perfectly cooked, full of flavor, & made with real care & passion.
What truly elevates the experience are Stan & Cathy. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with a kindness & warmth that makes you feel like more than just a customer. They are incredibly friendly, genuine, & clearly love what they do.
The comic-themed decor adds so much character to the space-it feels fun, cozy, & very homie, almost like being in a family spot rather than a restaurant. You can feel the heart behind everything, from the food to the atmosphere.
It's the kind of place you leave already planning to come back. Poulet FOU & Frit is something special, & I can't recommend it enough.

C'est le meilleur poulet frit & les meilleures frites que j'ai mangés ces dernières années .Avec toutes sortes de sauces piquantes délicieuses, impossible d'arrêter ! Des vacances du Nouvel A tout simplement parfaites ! Merci vraiment!

Pour de vrai je conseille se restaurent a tout le monde qui pense prendre du poulet frit croustillant juteux & savoureux pour de vrai je suis vraiment content d'avoir decouveurt une bonne place de poulet & en plus le propriétaire est super sympathique

It was my first time trying their fried chicken yesterday! The place is clean & has nice anime wall paintings! 🍗🎨
The fried chicken was amazingly delicious & crispy! If I ever crave fried chicken again, I'll definitely be back at Poulet Fou & Frit!

This place is absolutely my favourite fried chicken place in Montreal (& one of my favourite restaurants here period). The chicken is some of the juiciest, crispiest & well seasoned chicken I've ever had, & coupled with the overwhelmingly friendly & congenial atmosphere Poulet Fou & Frit is pretty addictive. I find myself thinking of eating their fried chicken at least once a week! It's reasonably priced too, making you want to come back regularly. The owners & staff are all super kind, generous & really want to make sure your dining experience is a happy one. They're amazing. Couldn't recommend it more! Definitely somewhere I go & bring friends :)
P.S. My favourites are just the regular Fried Chicken (Spicy) & the Chicken Burger (Bun Bun).

Leur nouveauté Pita prime est délicieux! Incontournable! (Merci Sims l'artist pour la recommandation!) Pour avoir mis à l'épreuve plusieurs adresses de poulets frits à Montréal, ce restaurant est le deuxième établissement qui a trouvé LA recette secrète du poulet frit du style « bon dan'la yeule »… rien de moins. Merci à Stan & Cathy pour votre accueil chaleureux!

We got some poulet frit & it was delicious. The chicken was juicy & tender & it was freshly made. We love the spicy seasoning, it was the right amount of salt + chili. The owner is also very friendly & generous. You could tell he puts his heart & soul to his business.

J'avais envie d'un sandwich au poulet. Les avis étaient excellents, mais les photos me faisaient hésiter. J'ai quand même tenté le coup & commandé un Bun Bun épicé avec frites, pour emporter.
J'ai attendu environ 15 minutes. Une fois dans l'auto, je réalise que le sandwich était vraiment liquide - ça coule partout. & surprise : aucune napkin dans le sac.
Côté goût, ça passe, mais les frites étaient une grosse déception. Trop cuites, trop d'épices rouges qui collent aux doigts. J'ai fini par les jeter.
Ce resto-là, ce n'est clairement pas pour moi. J'aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir apprécier l'expérience.

Service impeccable. Les monsieurs etaient vraiment chaleureux & super gentils. On passe souvent devant puisqu'on habite pas loin & on se disait toujours qu'il faudrait essayer leur poulet frit sur place parce que tout le monde sait il faut manger du poulet frit quand c'est fresh out of the fryer!!! PUIS je dois dire que le poulet était vraiment juteux a l'intérieur, pas du tout sec & super croustillant a l'extérieur. Sauce brune excellente & l'huile piquante etait OUFFF si tu aime piquant tu vas aimé ca certain. Le service etait vraiment ce qui nous fesait sourire aussi, que cetais pour nous ou les autres clients qui était sur place. Les frites & rondelles goûtait un peu trop l'huile a mon gout mais pour vrai le reste etait vraiment bien!

Beau petit restaurant sur le thème un petit peu manga comics.
Les propriétaires & serveurs sont super sympas & leur nourriture est vraiment très bonne.
Vous n'avez pas un grand choix de plats mais ils sont tous parfaitement exécutés & très bon .
Leur poulet frit est excellent.
