I am so thankful for Alex introducing me to this wonderful restaurant. I haven't eaten actual great fried chicken in a long time. The chicken is flavourful & crispy on the outside, juicy & savory inside (I love the chicken sandwich so freakin much). & the poutine... dear God, the poutine is crispy & golden with a rich sauce & stretchy cheese to go along (I blame Alex for making me addicted to poutine haha 😄). This is one of my favorite hangout spots to be at. Thank you for the food (& the extra chicken), Stan.

This place is truly a gem! From the very first bite, you can tell how much love & care goes into the cooking - everything is flavorful, freshly prepared, & simply amazing.
But it's not just the food that makes this spot so special. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, & perfect for families. You feel at home the moment you walk in, with staff who are friendly, attentive, & treat you like part of the family.
To top it all off, the karaoke entertainment brings so much joy! It's fun for everyone, whether you want to sing or just enjoy the lively performances. It turns an already wonderful meal into a full night of laughter & memories.
Highly recommend this place if you want great food, a welcoming environment, & a fun night out!

Everyone should try this fried chicken place. I can tell you it's the best fried chicken I've ever had. I only took a photo of the takeout portion because the freshly fried chicken was so fragrant, I finished it before I could even take a picture. The interior is beautiful, & the owner & chef are both very nice.

Crazy delicious, the best fried chicken you can have in Montreal.
Actually I left Canada already for months & kept thinking of the place, so I made this review.
100% authentic Filipino.
For the spicy-starving Asian guests: it's the right place to go & you can always ask the cook to spice up your order. The chili won't disappoint you!!

This place is absolutely my favourite fried chicken place in Montreal (& one of my favourite restaurants here period). The chicken is some of the juiciest, crispiest & well seasoned chicken I've ever had, & coupled with the overwhelmingly friendly & congenial atmosphere Poulet Fou & Frit is pretty addictive. I find myself thinking of eating their fried chicken at least once a week! It's reasonably priced too, making you want to come back regularly. The owners & staff are all super kind, generous & really want to make sure your dining experience is a happy one. They're amazing. Couldn't recommend it more! Definitely somewhere I go & bring friends :)
P.S. My favourites are just the regular Fried Chicken (Spicy) & the Chicken Burger (Bun Bun).

The chicken was delicious & juicy. The bun & pickles were sweet & rich. The spaghetti was a surprise but delicious.
The owners noticed it was my first time upon coming in & were super friendly.
The atmosphere was super cool with a retro feel.
Overall 5/5 will definitely come back
