Their chicken reminded me of delicious home fare instead of over-cooked, under-portioned chain restaurant cuisine. The staff were very friendly in this community oriented restaurant! You can see the love & joy they have to share along with the delicious fried chicken. Definitely will revisit soon!

I've had some good fried chicken in this city but this might be the best, absolutely GOATED. The onion rings are also just superb. Get ready for a chicken induced coma that you will not regret.

Very rare is it that I find myself writing a review for anywhere, but I had to take a moment to write a review for Poulet Fou & Frit. Located on Monk boulevard, this place is truly a gem of a restaurant! Best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had - hands down! The staff is very friendly, the walls are plastered with cool art, this is definitely a sweet spot with great vibes. Do yourself a favor & don't miss out on their amazing fried chicken (don't forget the spicy fries!), or get yourself one of their signature Chicky bun bun sandos & your taste buds will thank you. I still dream of this chicken, & as I write this review, the only downside I can think of, is that they are currently not open until later tonight (5pm), otherwise I'd be eating there now :)

Food & service is amazing! The wait can be a little long since the chicken is fried fresh for each order. The owners are super nice & let us bring our dog inside & they even gave him his own mini bowl of chicken bites.

All I can say is wow what a little hidden gem for years I have been looking for a good fried chicken spot in Montreal I tried soo many places & my search has finally ended I can flat out say BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN MTL !!!!!! it really reminds me of a Jollibee the taste & crunch says it all great place & very affordable for families All the owners & staff are great. Made me feel very welcomed will be back very soon

This is the first time for our family of 4 with young children & it the was a huge hit! Fried chicken was finger licking good & the service was A1. I highly recommend!

This is the best fried chicken restaurant I have been to. Juicy & tender chicken burger & crispy fries. The buko pandan (the green coconut dessert) is very refreshing. I would rate a 6 star if it exists.

The fried chicken is really juicy, & the spicy version is really up my alley, without being too hot. The skin is crispy & crumbly, different from the onion rings' batter, which is more like a smooth fish-&-chips beer batter, with a nice crunch. The onion rings snap well, with no gluey stringy onions slipping out of their shell. Now I must try the rest of their menu! The owner & staff are jovial & funny, clearly proud & happy, & they should be because this is a special place full of heart. If you like tasty crunchy fried chicken & warm vibes, I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend & I had a really cozy dine-in experience! We felt very welcome by the owners. The fried chicken was incredibly juicy & flavorful, honestly the best fried chicken we've ever had in Montreal!
