My partner & I recently visited Portovino Decarie, & we were blown away by the experience! The service was outstanding, with attentive & friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible-especially the grilled calamari, which was perfectly cooked & full of flavor. We also tried the Margherita & Prosciutto pizzas, both of which were delicious, with thin, crispy crusts & fresh toppings. To finish, we indulged in the three-chocolate mousse dessert, & wow-it was the perfect way to end the evening. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable dining experience!

On etait un groupe de 4 pour le brunch du dimanche & on célébrait un anniversaire. Honnêtement ce n'etait pas si wow pour le prix. Les serveurs ramassaient rapidement nos assiettes, qui en soit peut etre une bonne chose, mais dans ce contexte c'était pour nous mettre la pression. Le 2h est respecté meme si le restaurant est VIDE. genre a part 2 autres tables - il n'y avait pas de clients (& je comprends pourquoi!). La serveuse est venue nous voir apres 1h lorsqu'on a pris une pause pour discuter a la place de manger, pour nous demander si on quittait bientot & qu'ils auraient besoin de la table apres. On m'a littéralement arraché le verre d'eau de la bouche pour me le remplir je ne savais plus quoi faire. La decoration/ atmosphere, ben il n' y en a pas. La musique c'est du reggaeton qui a mon sens n'est pas vraiment appropriée pour manger. La nourriture un gros BOF - vous trouverez mieux ailleurs. Meme un autre portovino ca sera mieux que lui. Pour le prix c'était un gros flop. On n'a meme pas tenté de demander si on peut ramener le gateau de la fêtée. On lui a chanter & fait souffler les bougies dans le stationnement. Les commentaires de google nous on refroidit. C'est un gros next

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, comme des rois. L'ambiance y est incroyable, créant une atmosphère propice à la détente & à la convivialité. Les serveurs & le propriétaire sont d'une amabilité rare, rendant chaque visite mémorable. Nous restons fidèles à ce restaurant, car chaque expérience y est une véritable fête des sens. La qualité du service & des plats est toujours au rendez-vous. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour, vous ne serez pas déçu ! --

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Portovino Decarie, & I can't recommend it highly enough. This BYOB gem offers great Italian food that truly impressed me. The table d'hote specials were delicious & a great bang for your buck. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally delightful, providing a warm & inviting atmosphere that made our evening even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience, Portovino Decarie is the place to go. Don't forget to bring your favorite bottle of wine to complement their incredible dishes!

We went to this Portovino on Mother's Day expecting a good quality dinner & experience (because the Portovino near South Shore was great) & we left somewhat disappointed. As another reviewer here has already said, the food is not bad but it's not great, yet you're overpaying. We ordered two different pastas (one was bolognese & the other was seafood) yet they tasted very similar, which seems like they cut corners somewhere. Also, the pizza that I ordered was generally over-cooked. It took over an hour to actually receive the food because there was a large group of 30 people, which this Portovino was clearly not prepared for (we could actually see the kitchen staff scrambling in the back & hear their head chef/manager yelling at them). Also, our two waiters were somewhat inexperienced & unprofessional in the way they interacted with us. I like the Portovino model, but we are not coming to this particular one again.

I was extremely excited to find out Portovino returned to Decarie. The restaurant has an elegant feel, but the lighting could be slightly more dim. Overall the food was delicious. We ordered the grilled calamari to start. It did not disappoint! I chose the salmon with risotto. Both were perfectly cooked. The texture of the risotto was amazing. The salmon had a lovely crisp outside. The double chicken breast came with mashed potatoes & vegetables that were cooked just right. We finished off with a fantastic slice of keylime & a cappuccino. I am happy have you back!!

Our first, no doubt of many visits in the future to PortoVino - Decarie. Rosie, our server, with her friendly & bubbly personality made our meal all the more pleasant. Rosie is attentive, accommodating & even though she was serving other diners, came by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal & were not in need of anything.. The food, the ambiance was great. Looking forward to another visit in the near future. .
