We ordered the general poke bowls & chicken karaage through Uber Eats. Although the delivery was quick, the food arrived cold. The chicken wasn't fresh, the batter was soggy & stale. They had added a generous amount of sauce, likely to cover up the lack of quality, but it only made the dish feel even heavier & more unpleasant. Overall, the food was cold, soggy, & far from fresh.
