Après avoir pris rendez-vous sur le site, pour 19 heures, & arrivés quelques minutes avant, première attente pour être placés (à l'intérieur, à notre demande écrite) car les serveuses dédiées, visiblement débordées, ne sont pas disponibles, tant elles sont occupées sur la terrasse gigantesque bondée.
Enfin assis, nous devrons attendre plus d1/2 heure pour qu'un serveur vienne prendre notre commande, & nous ne seront servis qu'à 20 h 20. Le reste de la soirée s'est déroulé de la même façon. Longue attente pour avoir la carte des desserts, puis réclamation auprès d'une autre serveuse pour recevoir notre facture, & attente encore pour régler notre facture, que nous avons encore dû réclamer à un autre serveur, qui passait par là. C'est un comble !
L'une des pizzas était un peu trop cuite.
Pas de reproches sur la cuisine, mais organisation du service assez déplorable.
C'est bien dommage, car c'était notre Pizzeria de prédilection.

This is my goto place for pizza in the Atwater area, great pizza & my grandson loves it too.
They also have other Italian dishes & salads. Often they will have a Jazz night or some other entertainment on special nights.
Also has a nice outdoor terrace on Notre Dame
Endroit super sympathique avec service dynamique ! Des prix raisonnables en plus, nous avons eu un bon souper juste avant de traverser pour un spectacle à côté.
We loved Geppetto in our 20's & love it even more with a toddler in tow. The food has been super reliable these last years & there are good options for everyone. They are super sweet & welcoming for kids too - when we don't feel like cooking or want to do something nice for supper Geppetto is always an easy choice.

Time & time again, Geppetto's gets it! The brick oven pizza crust & toppings is always a hit as well as the pasta's. The ingredients are always fresh & flavourful & can be tasted individually. Portions are generous. The appetizers & salads are creative & fresh as well. My go-to is the grilled octopus served on chickpeas & hummus. Beer on tap or mixed drinks are great! The service (especially Phillip) is always on point, atmosphere is chill & pleasant. Love this place.

We went to El Gordo very randomly with no expectations, & it ended up being such a great surprise! The fish ceviche was really tasty & fresh. The birria is definitely a must - so flavorful & satisfying. I also loved that the carnitas tacos were nice & fatty.
& their margarita was really good too!
Overall, a great unexpected find - I'd definitely go back.

Went with a friend before a show! I had reserved in advance as I read it can get busy at times. We arrived & the place wasn't too busy, a few groups were seated. It was delicious! We shared fried calamari & chips+dip as an entree & devoured our mains. I got the fried chicken tacos & she got the grilled chicken burrito & it was delish! Definitely recommend!
