Truly disappointing experience I usually don't get mad when a mistake happens but this was twice in a row less than an hour we ordered a pizza Nashville & a poulet arriabi & a bouchees a partager the pizzas were good but the bouchees looked cooked on top but when I took it apart it was raw dough so my mom called the place to report the issue theu apologized & gave a second one for free & when we got the second one again same mistake pure dough & slighty cooked on top & when my mom called again to complain the employee got the phone & was speaking rude to her & he was yelling I was truly disappointed by this service & the food never got a issue with them.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut Samson in st. Do Laval amazing staff & the pizza was fresh & really delicious! I recommend this place!

Service exécrable, toilette sale, robinet brisé,pas de savon pour laver les mains dans les toilettes, on a du attendre une demie heure pour avoir notre commande( sur place) la pizza n'était pas cuite. On s'est contenté de manger des croûtes.
Personne ne parle français, personnel incompétent.
Très mauvais restaurant 👎🏻

This Pizza Hut location is consistent (in making errors). Numerous times we picked up our pizza only to find it is different from what was ordered. Last time I placed an online order, I realized I had selected the wrong toppings & called the number immediately, spoke to a supervisor who had assured me the correction was made & sent to the pickup location, only to find that the label on the box indicated the corrected toppings but the pizza itself did not. They have zero attention to detail at this location & don't really care about doing a good job to properly represent the Pizza Hut name. I feel I am rolling the dice each time I order from here & never know what I'm going to get. Surprises are fun, but not when pizza is on the line.

Massive respect to the team who pushed through the rush tonight, October 31st, because of that promo. They remained calm & tried their best to accomodate everyone. On the regular, I really enjoy the quality of their pizzas & ingredients!

Visit so many times quality up to the marks they make fresh dough for every pizza just try first than come on the decision ,& from last few years know that place in less price get good quality food,even though I saw some comments about complaints regards cleaning I never experience such issues maybe they have personal issue or one time bad experience overall best place to order pizza dine in,take out or phone delivery . In the last they provide quality stuff & a lots of discounts like pizza of the day .try first than make your conclusion.
