We tried to place our order over the phone, but the person who answered was very rude, as if he was tired of his job. He told us to order online instead. When we went to pick up our order, they didn't even give us any dip or ketchup despite of asking he refused . You can also see from the food how little topping we received. The service was terrible, & the staff's behavior was very unprofessional. Overall, it was the worst service we've experienced.

The fold was good :).
I ordered online & included a 2L soda & they substituted it with 4 sodas. I really appreciated that they actually took the time to substitute it because most of the time when I order online & something isn't available they don't bother to replace it or contact me.

What is the point of promotions on ubereats when you cannot respect them? 2 times i tried to order buy 1 get 1 free ob a tuesday & was told store does not take any new orders as they are too busy.
Then we called & it was totally fine to make the same order but at double price!!!!!
Shame on you!

Je commande aujourd'hui la pizza spéciale du jour (mercredi)est elle était horrible, le pan complètement sec, la pizza avait l'air d'être faite depuis longtemps, l'autre pizza aux ananas commandée à même temps était pareil que la première. C'est vraiment dommage parce que ils sont en train de perdre toute la clientèle. Moi je n'achète plus jamais!

Ordered from this location 2 days ago & the pizzas were very disappointing extremely light on toppings & poorly made. I paid full price for something that looked rushed & low quality. I've attached photos. I hope management sees this & takes it seriously. I wish they had no stars at all .

Pepperoni was burnt but pizza dough was not well cook. Waffle fries was 10 chips in a box...so looked empty. First & last time for us.
