We were hosting European & U.S. clients in Mont-Tremblant to finalize an important deal. After a disappointing dinner elsewhere that increased the tension, we chose Pizza 900 the following evening - & it completely shifted the dynamic.

Ramon truly stood out. His leadership & management qualities were evident throughout the evening. He demonstrated exceptional communication skills, warmth, & charisma, & he had a remarkable ability to read the room. He helped ease tensions & created a welcoming, positive atmosphere for our international guests.

Romain complemented that perfectly with attentive, smooth, & well-timed service. He ensured every detail was handled seamlessly & that our table was always well taken care of.

Thanks to the outstanding team effort - especially Ramon's leadership & energy - the mood changed, common ground was found, & the contract was signed. Not saying Pizza 900 closed the deal, but it certainly helped. Highly recommend.

I want to compliment the manager Ramon & all his team for the great service. The pizza had excellent toppings however unfortunately came out burned (the bottom part had excessive char marks due to burning leftover flour in the oven).
As soon as I received the pizza I made a comment about it as my fiancé & I are both very knowledgeable about Neapolitan Pizza being Italian & having lived in Naples. Ramon & his team acknowledged the situation & gladly listened to our comments. The restaurant recently opened & I am sure will be very successful with such a great team & good pizza! Bravi ragazzi! 🍕🇮🇹

Premier souper de Filles de 2026 & Wow une soirée mémorable !
Autour du four, des cuisiniers minutieux. En salle, une Équipe qui rayonne. Dans l'assiette? Des pizzas napolitaines tout à fait délicieuses. Ambiance feutrée, décor soigné, musique pile dans la vibe. Merci à toute L'Équipe, à Chantal & mention spéciale à Ramon pour ses cocktails lumineux qui ont rendu notre soirée encore plus mémorable
Bref, on avait réservé par curiosité & on va y retourner avec bonheur.

J'ai eu une tres belle accueil de monsieur Ramon & un super service de Romain il m'a bien guider dans les choix & a pris le temps de répondre a chacune de mes question & que dire de la nourriture !! SUCCULENT ! Je vous recommande un passage a se nouvel emplacement a tremblant super expérience j'y retournerai garantie !

Quel bel accueil! Étant des fidèles de la pizzeria no 900, nous sommes très contents de découvrir cette succursale à quelques minutes de chez nous.
Ramon nous a offert un service impeccable, très accueillant & super gentil. Très bon personnel, nous reviendrons fréquemment & nous recommandons.
