The server & the staff although nice did nothing about. I am very disappointed for a place of this caliber & reputation.

Ottima pizzeria, con un ottimo servizio. Sia la pizza che le lasagne e gli gnocchi sono molto buoni. È ancora possibile acquistare i vini presso il punto vendita della pizzeria, proprio di fronte. I prezzi sono nella media bassi rispetto ad altre pizzerie di Montreal.
BYOB with familiar unpretentious delicious dishes & pizza. Excellent service!!! ALWAYS & from everyone. VERY organized & smooth operation. We lucked out & were seated quickly on the patio. Not always the case as it's a busy place. The icing on the cake this visit was the musical street performer playing the guitar & singing Italian classics. Perfect night ❤️🤍💚. Love it here. ALWAYS a favourite when visiting my daughter.
Delicious pizza, tastier than in other pizzerias in Montreal, pleasant atmosphere on the street veranda, good service, comfortable location of the restaurant.
Good pizza, very busy & loud. They don't have wine available to order, you have to bring it with you.
- Un restaurant "apportez votre vin" qui n'est pas en mesure de fournir de la glace pour garder le vin froid. - Le service était bof. Les serveurs n'ont pas fait de suivi pendant le repas. - Le pain servi était froid & sec. - Les pâtes étaient correctes. - Salle très bruyante. - Le serveur nous a amené la carte de dessert sans mentionner ce qui n'était pas disponible. Bref, un flop total.
Je ne recommande pas la pizza mais le staff est vraiment gentil. Je ne trouve pas que ça goûte la vraie pizza napolitaine...
Si vous prenez le temps de lire mes commentaires la plupart sont tous positifs. Je ne comprends pas l'engouement pour ce resto. La pizza était dure & sèche comme du ciment & ont cherchait la garniture. L'eau servit dans leur pichet était température pièce. En toute franchise pour avoir visité l'Italie leur pizza ne ressemble en rien à la Pizza Napolitaine de l'Italie. Par contre l'entrée de rapini était excellente.
Correct mais sans plus , serveur déplaisant , pas de sceau a glace pour vin blanc , lasagne aux tomates pas aimer , petit pain sec , tres ordinaire , comprends pas qu il y ait une file d attente Vaut pas le prix , surévaluer, derniere fois
Pizzeria Napoletana had been on our radar for a while, but each time we passed by, the long line kept us from trying it. However, on a recent walk, we were lucky to find only a short wait & decided to finally give it a shot. It did not disappoint. We were seated outside on the charming sidewalk terrace, which was a blessing in disguise. The noise level inside was overwhelming, making conversation nearly impossible. I was grateful to be outside, where we could enjoy our meal in a much more relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly & attentive, frequently checking in to ensure everything was to our liking. As for the food, it was delicious, & the prices were in line with what you'd expect from similar spots in the area. While the experience was overall very good, it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. That said, I would certainly return, especially if I can snag another spot on that delightful terrace.
- Personnel bête, arrogant. Aucun retour voir si tout va bien ou si besoin de quelque chose. Je suis allée chercher le poivre le chili l'huile épicée & le parmesan moi même. Aucune parole le stricte minimum. Ne débarrassent pas la table, les guêpes nous ont entouré. - Salade à 15$ iceberg avec 4 tranches oignons deux tomates 2 artichauts. Au moins mettez une laitue romaine ou autre . Vinaigrette abscente - pizza sans goût a part le sel. Pas origan pas de basilic. Je ne retournerai pas .
Best pizza & polpetine I have tried in Montreal. You cannot make reservations. They have the'Bring your own wine concept'. The ambiance is noisy, very Italian & the service is fast. Loved the experience here. I would return for sure.
This place keeps going downhill, prices go up & food quality & quantity is going down. It's almost a shame for italians... There is some many good alternative. I dont recommend this place
