You can tell that there is new ownership of the restaurant. Quality & consistency is not the same... When you're ordering from a place for so long but now items change, don't treat people like idiots when they get it'wrong'. Don't arrogantly tell a client over the phone to look at the menu next time before ordering. Your menu has changed. It's also wrong online. Get it right before you tell a client they are wrong. Also, you're displaying an Italian flag on your menus, but if you don't understand what focaccia is, then don't put the flag & don't call yourself a pizzeria.
Edit. I'm editing my review because they changed owners once again & the service & food is much better. Maybe not as good as initially, but id like to give them some time to figure out their processes.

Absolutely spectacular. As an early age immigrant from Southern Italy, I have come to find that East End Montreal lacks a certain authenticity in its Italian cuisine. Pizzarella is the exception. While their American dishes (particularly their hamburgers) are great, their Italian cuisine is spot on; directly from the source. I could not recommend a better restaurant for an authentic taste at an insanely reasonable price. I'm definitely going back. Hell, even my nonna who moved with us enjoyed it, & she hates everything that isn't her.
