With the opening of its first restaurant in 1981, La Pizzaiolle was the first restaurant to introduce Montreal to pizza baked in a wood burning oven where a small flame is always maintained evenly browning the tasty toppings. 35 years later, we rethink and evolve our concept. The location in Old Montreal is our laboratory. It offers new recipes, antipasti and Italian-inspired cocktails.
