We ordered one of the most delicious pizzas I've had in Montreal. It was the Marguerite pizza from Pizza Toni. A crust was perfect nice & crunchy. The perfect amount of tomato sauce & cheese & also spice we just loved it. Also the everything bagel edge with some honey was first class.
There is pizza. & there is PIZZA. This is definitely the latter. The crust, which is the essential element of a good pizza here is outstandingly good. Thin, but not too thin, with a great texture, supportive of the toppings & delicious. I'm not a huge crust guy at most places, but this was one that I was happy to eat all of it. The toppings are interesting, smart & good twists on the classics, with some more interesting stuff. There are places that use too much topping, or too much crust, but this was the Goldilocks of pizzas where everything was just right. I've known about this place for a while, & it just happened to I scored a parking spot right in front, which is a sign that I was supposed to eat here.
Nice people nice vibe. Terrible take out pizza. Better to dine in so you known what you are getting. Check your pie before you leave. It was busy yeah. But all the more reason to keep your quality up. I am sure there are lots of disappointed people tonight.
The most amazing pizza in montreal! Our pizza took 10mins more than expected & they gave us a choice of either free sauce or a free slice for the wait!!! Seriously did not expect that, but they're super nice
One of the best pizzarias I've been to. They have unique speciality slices every day, like mushroom & Parm Eggplant. Slices tastes amazing; feels like a NYC slice with its light crust plus the tomato sauce is tangy & fresh. The location also has a hand washing station inside, which is nice after finishing your food. Overall, Pizza Toni sells tasty pizza.
The place is a small, local gem. Always people coming in & out but you can tell it is good vibes from the moment you walk in. Got the pepperoni pizza & it was one of the best. Good saltiness with a hint of spice on the pepperoni without being overly greasy. Crispy crust & is more on the thin side. Highly recommend it! They also have a hand washing station.
