There’s nothing cookie-cutter about Pizza Hut. Not our pizzas. Not our people. And definitely not the way we live life. Around here, we don’t settle for anything less than food we’re proud to serve. And we don’t just clock in. Not when we can also become our best, make friends, and have fun while we’re at it. We’re the pizza company that lives life unboxed.

I ordered a poutine pizza with extra cheese. I called the manager when my pizza had no poutine cheese. The manager told me that I chose to remove the cheese. I did not & explained it. I asked why I would order extra cheese on a poutine pizza & then just get normal cheese
The manager then lied & said there's no mozzella on a poutine pizza. Because why would I pay 2.25 for more cheese, only to remove cheese & go to regular cheese.
I asked them to remake the pizza & he said no. Turns out in Thrive NDG as my post picks up steam this is a regular. They just don't wanna put extra cheese. Anyone else with this experience hit me up, let's go to the news.
First of all - the man working at this location is unbelievably impolite. No hello, no thank you, no basic customer interaction. It honestly felt like he didn't know how to connect with people at all. I truly believe he struggles with both English & French, & at this point, please take a course or at least learn how to communicate with customers - because this is not it. 😐
Now… onto the pizza disaster.
I ordered 5 pizzas, & every single one of them was severely undercooked. I'm talking raw dough in the center, slices collapsing like warm rubber, & absolutely no structure. 🍕💀
We literally had to put all the pizzas into our own oven just to finish cooking them. This was not a meal - this was a surprise cooking lesson we never signed up for. 👨?🍳🔥
When we called the store to explain politely, instead of apologizing or offering help, they blamed us - saying we'don't know how pizza is supposed to be cooked' & that'all pizza is made this way.'
I'm sorry… since when is raw dough a style of pizza? 😅
The phone conversation was rude & dismissive, & honestly, shocking customer service. We even reported everything to Pizza Hut, but nothing ever happened. No call, no follow-up, nothing.
This is disappointing because I used to order from this location regularly - but after this experience, that's not happening anymore. 🚫
I've attached photos showing exactly what we received:
• Pizza centers totally undercooked
• Slices that couldn't hold their shape
• Bottoms that looked like they barely touched an oven
A really unfortunate experience from a place I used to trust. 👎
I came to this pizza place because a few years ago, they made pizza to a high standard, putting in a lot of toppings without skimping on them. This time, the toppings were one slice of sausage, one slice of mushroom, two small wedges of green pepper, & cheese on top, & that's it. If you want to retain customers, don't skimp on the toppings. I've decided that I won't be coming to this pizza place again.
They used to have a menu with one individual pizza, a poutine & a soft drink, all for 13$. I've been getting this every few months. I go today & it's 20$! The same size pizza with one topping, the same size poutine & drink. The price jumped way too high for no change to the combo! Really disappointed
I always order from this Pizza Hut branch through the app, & I'm always satisfied. The Supreme Pizza is my favorite-delicious every time. The staff are friendly & service is reliable. Highly recommend!

I've had Pizza Hut in Lasalle several times & it's always been good, but tonight we ordered here & what a disappointment. Chicken wings & chicken bites were great but the pizzas were honestly the worst I've ever had. Even frozen pizzas taste better. The pizza dough was undercooked & it just had no flavor at all. Will not be ordering from here again.
Good food, but the driver kept going further away from my place. When I called to ask if everything was okay, I was rudely interrupted with the employee yelling over me.

The service is always friendly & with a smile. The food is always made to the way I order the pizzas & is done to my liking. Never had a problem at this location, unlike some other pizza huts.

My pizza came shmushed, I called & they replaced it within the hour, no questions asked. Satisfied with the customer service. Especially nowadays, I was impressed :) Keep it up!
