I'll be honest - the first few visits here. I just didn't get the hype. The fault was completely with me, Pizza Bouquet simply makes the best pizza in the city & arguably one of the best slices outside of New York City. That slice in issue is called the upside down. Again, the first time I had it I didn't get it. Now, every couple days, I'm a regular mostly for that slice. It's kind of beyond description except that it's like an upside down slice of pizza as far as the toppings go. Just try it & I think you'll understand why it's deeply exceptional. The people are great & always super friendly & it's a wonderful place to sit down & enjoy your slice. It really is a neighborhood gem not to miss.

In 2002 in Dartmouth NS, a pizza slice costed me $5, & in 2024 at Pizza Bouquet, you can get one for $4.75, & the pizza is way better!!

Great NY-style pizza slices here. The tomato sauce alone is worth going back for - it has the perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. I got a slice of the margherita pizza & it was just over $5 accounting for the sales tax.

I go here once or twice a week, the pizza is good. But I wouldn't say the same about my experience with a certain employee at the counter! Today, I asked for 2 slices of Margherita, & I wanted to check the temperature of the slices I ordered to see if I want them warmed up or not, I reached to one of the slices asking "can I check.." the employee didn't reply (or maybe he didn't hear me) so I figured it's okay to check, when I touched one of my slices he looked at me in a very aggressive, unfriendly way & said "DONT REACH OVER THE COUNTER!" I was shocked & just said okay sure... So rude, by the way this is not my first bad experience with this employee.

I can't bike by this place without going inside. By the slice, hands down my favorite Margherita in the city. Don't be surprised to find a line outside, try it & you'll understand why

Came into try Pizza Bouquet while visiting family & I'm sure glad I did! The pizza is thin, crispy & has a lot of flavour. The sauce is tangy & sweet but is a little taken over by the flavour of the parmesan on top. Overall it's a good light slice. See my video below for the full review! 7.2 on the scale.

Amazing. Originally from ny so I have high standards. Was so impressed. Simple no fuss. I see why there's a line out the door. Must try if in need of a great slice.
