Pizza Bouquet sert des pizzas au style new yorkais dans un petit endroit sans pretention, avec une croûte fine et croquante, une sauce légère et des garnitures équilibrées, et plusieurs avis en font l'une des meilleures pizzas de Montréal pour un prix raisonnable et un service rapide. Premier essai chez Bouquet, une pizzeria qui détient une grosse réputation comme une des meilleures en ville.
Il n'y a qu'un seul format de 16 pouces qui fait augmenter rapidement la facture & pas tellement pratique pour 2 personnes - t'en commande plus que ce que tu en as besoin. Quelques endroits où manger sur place mais ils ont rendu ça assez inconfortable pour que tu quittes rapidement afin d'assurer une rotation.
La personne à la caisse est aussi agréable qu'une douanière qui vient de perdre son chien. Au moins, elle communique clairement que ça va prendre une (1) heure car beaucoup de commandes avant nous. Fair enough. Son attitude désagréable me rappelle que finalement, j'aime plus ma job que je pensais. Au moins ils sont constants car ils ont été aussi bêtes à la remise de la pizza. Le personnel ici est comme la croûte de la pizza : c'est pas le meilleur mais t'es pogné avec.
On a pris la cherry bomb, belle combinaison d'ingrédients, relevés, distinctifs, c'est une bon choix quand on aime un peu de piquant, pas trop, c'était bien balancé.
Au final, c'est une très bonne pizza, supérieur à la moyenne, NY style. Pour l'instant,on la place au-dessus de Toni, mais en-dessous de Slice & Soda &/ou San Gennaro qui maintiennent une service beaucoup plus adéquat.
Recommandé, mais tout juste.

Native New Yorker living in Montreal. By far the best New York style pizza I've had here. Tried the Sopressatta, Potato, & Veggie slices. All of them were delicious, but the Sopressatta was the highlight for me. Crust was perfect, sauce was delicious, not too heavy on the cheese so as to make the pizza soggy. Can't wait to come back!
Being from NY I always look for the best pizza places when I'm somewhere else. This pie was very good! I'd say the flavor was the best part, the toppings balanced each other well, the sauce was tasty, & the finishing grated cheese added a nice flavor. The dough tasted very bready in a good way, but texture wise wasn't too bready. The one somewhat negative thing I will say is that I wish they let it cook for another minute, was lacking a bit of crisp/crunch. It seems their pizza doneness are somewhat inconsistent. The pizza's they were selling for slices had a range of how cooked they were, some that looked like mine & some cooked a bit longer like I would have wanted my pie to be. But overall very solid.
Small shop, but as close to a NY slice as you will get in Montréal. As native of NJ, I have not found a better pizza joint yet. If you crave a thin, crispy NY slice, & even some with a gourmet twist, this is THE spot.

After a trip to NYC, a city known for its pizza, I wanted to find a place in Montréal with a comparable experience. Pizza Bousquet comes the closest. The place is very charming & just a few minutes' walk from the metro. The customer service is courteous & the wait time is reasonable. The slice of pizza was really good. I highly recommend this place.
Amazing! It's tight to eat inside the shop at the counter but was delicious. We created our own food tour of the neighborhood & we all loved our slices from Pizza Bouquet!
Tried 3 different slices, top one for me was the potato slice. Felt like something new that isn't in rotation much. The upside down pizza lacked the garlic that was the selling point for me. The margarita pizza was nice classic.
I love a pizza that can hold the weight of the toppings, crust tasted nice but fell a bit flat.
The vibe of the place was cozy, not to crowded or over stimulating. Limited seats just around the large windows. Perfect for people watching in the day time or looking at your self when night comes.
Would try again.
I stopped into this place to grab a slice of pizza. The slices had just come out of the oven. It's good pizza, but missing a bit of that wow factor/flavour that's present in neighboring pizza places. The staff was very hospitable & the establishment had an old school feel to it
Stopped by this place as part of a recent food tour, & honestly I had higher expectations.
The pizza itself was decent, probably one of the better options in the city for by-the-slice. All their slices are NY style, but the crust was lacking a little crunch.
The worst part was the service though. The kid at the front lacked any enthusiasm & when asked what the most popular choice is, said'idk maybe this one'. He did not seem interested in working.
Overall glad we tried it, but with other options in Montreal it will be a long time before I'm back.
Great pizza spot. Nice crisp pizza with a variety of slices available as they come out of the oven. Great flavors & creative combinations. Worth a stop if you like pizza.

I've never seen this place without a lineup so I always had high expectations. Caught it one day with a manageable line. I had the potato slice & the vege something which had meat on it also. The slices were nice, with preference to the potato. The pizza is of quality but nothing mindblowing. The slices are pretty good value at a reasonable price point hovering around $5 a slice.
Tried several flavours. Does not live up to the hype but nonetheless solid flavours. However, turnover was too slow for the pizza slices to maintain an optimal consumption texture experience.
First I'd like to say it was very delicious the best pizza I've had in my life! I got the margarita slices & came fresh out of the oven! There was a 10 min wait for the rest of are order as they ran out of the margarita when ordering but they were worth the wait! It's just very hot in side I was feeling faint waiting but they have chairs in there to sit & I definitely would recommend this to anyone coming by here!! My bf said it reminded him of pizza from Italy
