I'll be honest - the first few visits here. I just didn't get the hype. The fault was completely with me, Pizza Bouquet simply makes the best pizza in the city & arguably one of the best slices outside of New York City. That slice in issue is called the upside down. Again, the first time I had it I didn't get it. Now, every couple days, I'm a regular mostly for that slice. It's kind of beyond description except that it's like an upside down slice of pizza as far as the toppings go. Just try it & I think you'll understand why it's deeply exceptional. The people are great & always super friendly & it's a wonderful place to sit down & enjoy your slice. It really is a neighborhood gem not to miss.

Great NY-style pizza slices here. The tomato sauce alone is worth going back for - it has the perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. I got a slice of the margherita pizza & it was just over $5 accounting for the sales tax.
I go here once or twice a week, the pizza is good. But I wouldn't say the same about my experience with a certain employee at the counter! Today, I asked for 2 slices of Margherita, & I wanted to check the temperature of the slices I ordered to see if I want them warmed up or not, I reached to one of the slices asking "can I check.." the employee didn't reply (or maybe he didn't hear me) so I figured it's okay to check, when I touched one of my slices he looked at me in a very aggressive, unfriendly way & said "DONT REACH OVER THE COUNTER!" I was shocked & just said okay sure... So rude, by the way this is not my first bad experience with this employee.
I can't bike by this place without going inside. By the slice, hands down my favorite Margherita in the city. Don't be surprised to find a line outside, try it & you'll understand why

Came into try Pizza Bouquet while visiting family & I'm sure glad I did! The pizza is thin, crispy & has a lot of flavour. The sauce is tangy & sweet but is a little taken over by the flavour of the parmesan on top. Overall it's a good light slice. See my video below for the full review! 7.2 on the scale.
Amazing. Originally from ny so I have high standards. Was so impressed. Simple no fuss. I see why there's a line out the door. Must try if in need of a great slice.

My favorite pizza ever. Seriously amazing. Great place with slices available of all the different pizzas they make. I tell all my friends about this place & everyone loves it here.
It's a small'hole in the wall' kind of place with limited seating inside & benches to sit outside when the weather is nice. They don't have any public bathrooms & they only take debit or cash. The lines can get long during peak times for dinner but it moves fast. I've tried a few varieties they have on hand but never ordered a full pizza of my choice to go. I have a slight preference for their veggie pizzas over meat ones. They tend to be more flavourful in my opinion. But overall very delicious slices. Will keep going back.

Frankly amazing pizza! Staff makes you feel as comfortable as family. Incredibly quick turnaround & the selection of slices evolves very quickly over the span of half an hour so it's best to line up for one slice & grab another if you can.
Great tasting pizza! The cutting of the slices could be improved though, I got one slice that was half the size of the other one, someone's going hungry tonight! A more courteous cashier would be nice too, but overall great place!!
