Super gentils & dédiés mais pizzas selon moi beaucoup trop salées. Surpris de la cote de 4.7 quand même. Bon & copieux mais pas à la hauteur des attentes. Je vais donner une 2e chance. Merci.
Excellente pizza! Prenez note d'appeler pour faire préparer votre pizza, sinon, ils n'auront pas le temps de la faire. Le pourquoi !? C'est simple, c'est la meilleure.
My go to place for a slice of pizza ! Thin & crunchy crust. On the other hand, I don't like the strong smell when you enter the shop, it sticks to your hair & clothes.
Cash/debit only. The pizza tasted good, though I think they are probably better dine in than take out. If you order a whole pizza you can pick anything from the menu, but if you order by slice they just have whatever options that were made in advance & display at the cash register. We ordered 4 slices for takeout & when we got home the pizza was cold & soggy, but then we warmed them in the oven & they got a little dry - bummer :( Not bad overall. Will try them again for dine in.
It was fully packed when we arrived but decided to wait either way & oh-my-god was it worth it!! Excellent tasteful pizzas. My favorite was one with pickles. This was back in october 2023.
One of the best pizzas we have ever had. In the top 2 so far! Great price & delicious. They were super accommodating as well by slicing the pieces for us.

One of the best pizzas in Montreal! At Bouquet, you can always rely on getting a delicious slice, fresh out of the oven. The service is usually fast & friendly, but once in a while you get a stuck-up looking server, who has lots of trouble smiling. Inside, there's not many places to sit, but in warmer weather you can sit on benches outside. I wish they had water available on tap & a bathroom, but nevertheless they got amazing pizza.
This place knows exactly what they're doing & they know how to do it WELL. We checked it out last Saturday during dinner rush & the customers did not stop rolling through the door. We ordered a pepperoni & ate it on the spot & my GOD was this pizza out of this world. The crust was a perfect thickness & cooked perfectly, so crispy but not burnt. Toppings are generous & the pepperoni ends up as a delicious mix of crispy & greasy. We sat in the place for a while & noticed how the staff & owner interacted with customers & themselves - these guys clearly love what they do, with a special nod to the owner who is serious about quality control (entirely scrapping a pizza because it was too overcooked). So many people coming in seemed like friends of the owner or regulars that have become friendly, which was amazing to witness. These guys, in addition to making INSANE pizza, have created a sense of community inside their small shop. Kudos to these guys. Will be back asap (please put that pickle pizza from your Instagram on the menu, I am DYING to try it).
An absolute gem of a pizza place near Little Italy. They were giving out free roses for St. valentines. Who does that? The pizza is better than a lot of the neighbourhood pizza parlours. Packed every time I go by & the staff are super friendly. Not as rustic as Gema, but a beautiful crust with an amazing pizza sauce (this is what made any of the pizzas we tried next level). Bigger portions, more flavour, & the crust is a little chewier than Gema (which is now my #2 in the area). We had the anchovy pizza. Great. Also the Liz's Veggie which was packed with flavour coming through the olives & there must be something else pickled on there. this so far is my favourite pizza here. Looking forward to trying out the Potato & Pepperoni next time. We appreciate your flavours & service.
