Native New Yorker living in Montreal. By far the best New York style pizza I've had here. Tried the Sopressatta, Potato, & Veggie slices. All of them were delicious, but the Sopressatta was the highlight for me. Crust was perfect, sauce was delicious, not too heavy on the cheese so as to make the pizza soggy. Can't wait to come back!
Being from NY I always look for the best pizza places when I'm somewhere else. This pie was very good! I'd say the flavor was the best part, the toppings balanced each other well, the sauce was tasty, & the finishing grated cheese added a nice flavor. The dough tasted very bready in a good way, but texture wise wasn't too bready. The one somewhat negative thing I will say is that I wish they let it cook for another minute, was lacking a bit of crisp/crunch. It seems their pizza doneness are somewhat inconsistent. The pizza's they were selling for slices had a range of how cooked they were, some that looked like mine & some cooked a bit longer like I would have wanted my pie to be. But overall very solid.

Je n'ai pas pensé à prendre de photos, c'était simplement trop délicieux.
L'employée, que je remercie énormément, m'a très bien accueuilli, sachant que c'était ma première fois là-bas. J'ai eu la classique Margherita, celle aux patates & la sopressatta. Croute mouelleuse & croustillante, ratio de fromage/sauce adéquat, pizza fraiche, service rapide A1.
Je suis content, je suis ému, & ma journée (qui vient de commencer) ne peut qu'être merveilleuse. Merci, pizza bouquet.

Small shop, but as close to a NY slice as you will get in Montréal. As native of NJ, I have not found a better pizza joint yet. If you crave a thin, crispy NY slice, & even some with a gourmet twist, this is THE spot.
Après un voyage à NYC, je cherchais une pizza équivalente à Montréal. Pizza Bousquet s'en rapproche le plus. Endroit charmant, service courtois & pizza délicieuse. Je recommande vivement. 🍕
After a trip to NYC, a city known for its pizza, I wanted to find a place in Montréal with a comparable experience. Pizza Bousquet comes the closest. The place is very charming & just a few minutes' walk from the metro. The customer service is courteous & the wait time is reasonable. The slice of pizza was really good. I highly recommend this place.
