Never disappointed by Bouquet! I always stop by to pick up a slice or a full pizza. The dough is light, & the sauce is flavorful without being too acidic. My boyfriend & I love ordering a half pep /half veg pizza. A must-try!
Great NY-style pizza slices here. The tomato sauce alone is worth going back for - it has the perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. I got a slice of the margherita pizza & it was just over $5 accounting for the sales tax.

Came into try Pizza Bouquet while visiting family & I'm sure glad I did! The pizza is thin, crispy & has a lot of flavour. The sauce is tangy & sweet but is a little taken over by the flavour of the parmesan on top. Overall it's a good light slice. See my video below for the full review! 7.2 on the scale.
Déçue. L'endroit est cool mais la nourriture mauvaise. Les pizzas sont très légères en ingrédients, nous avons payé 23$ pour une pizza végétalienne qui n'était qu'une sauce tomate sur de la pâte. Nous avons également pris d'autres pizzas non végé qui étaient cuites depuis quelques heures déjà & réchauffées devant nous. Honnêtement, vous devriez avoir un peu honte de servir cela. La prochaine fois on ira dans une chaîne "pas chère" de pizzeria pour cette qualité. Par contre personnel très aimable ☺️ Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires sur Google (comme nous avons bêtement fait), je pense qu'ils ont été achetés ou mis par leurs amis.
Very good pizza! One of my top 5 pizza restaurants I've been to in all of my travels around North America & Europe. Cracker crunch & great sauce, I especially liked the pepperoni.

The best Italian pizza in little Italy, if you're looking for pizza with the right amount of toppings & the absolute perfect sauce this place is a must . The staff wow dont get me started way to nice & always pay attention to what you want
Omg the pizza there is fire👏. The dough is so crisp & fluffy, the acidity of the tomato sauce doesn't burn your stomach. Everything tastes fresh & the only downfall is that there is only one pizza bouquet in montreal. Definitely super top five best pizza in montreal for sure, take the time & find your way there cuz IT'S GREAT🥳😋😋😋
The pizza is excellent. The sauce is excellent. The toppings are excellent. I love the staff. It's a no frills joint, but you're there for the pizza. Nice change from the traditional Montreal-style pizza. Like others have mentioned, call real early to get an order reserved. They get real busy real quick. Don't be another person that cries & leaves a 1-star review because they couldn't fulfill your last-minute order.

An absolute gem of a pizza place near Little Italy. They were giving out free roses for St. valentines. Who does that? The pizza is better than a lot of the neighbourhood pizza parlours. Packed every time I go by & the staff are super friendly. Not as rustic as Gema, but a beautiful crust with an amazing pizza sauce (this is what made any of the pizzas we tried next level). Bigger portions, more flavour, & the crust is a little chewier than Gema (which is now my #2 in the area). We had the anchovy pizza. Great. Also the Liz's Veggie which was packed with flavour coming through the olives & there must be something else pickled on there. this so far is my favourite pizza here. Looking forward to trying out the Potato & Pepperoni next time. We appreciate your flavours & service.
Note à moi-même : ne plus prendre du thé une heure & demie avant de plonger dans les bras de Morphée. Je vais maintenant tenter un exercice épineux, soit l'écriture, entre bâillements intensifs & massages revigorants du visage, d'un commentaire sur le mirifique moment que j'ai pensé chez Pizza Bouquet - que Dieu les bénisse - en compagnie de ma bonne amie qui, elle aussi, semblait oscillante entre éveil & sommeil par moments. Un sommeil, pas d'ennui, mais de béatitude. La sorte de béatitude que l'on ressent quand on aboutit à deux dans un petit coin de paradis. Il s'ensuivit un enchaînement constant de sourires, de poilades & d'accolades. Non seulement les pointes de pizzas étaient, pour ainsi dire, tiguidou (exquises, pour nos amis français), mais l'ambiance elle-même invitait à l'évasion & à la contemplation. Des notes intemporelles de jazz (c'était bien du jazz, oui ? À l'aide.) berçaient nos oreilles & préparaient nos papilles à la dégustation. Les tabourets sont ingénieusement alignés le long des grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue, mais qui n'ôtaient en rien l'intimité de l'endroit. Au contraire, vous aurez l'impression d'être dans un univers où n'existez que vous & vos ravissantes pointes. Mon conseil : optez pour une expérience à deux & goûter à toutes les options disponibles. Il s'avère que sur les six du banc d'essai, nous avons élu 4 gagnantes différentes, & une seule s'est retrouvée sur nos deux listes : celle aux patates. Toujours aussi surprenante ! Si, à la fin de votre repas, vous vous demandez à l'instar de moi, où ces pizzaioli ont acquis leur savoir-faire (un séjour en Italie ? Un cours à New York ?) vous serez peut-être étonnés d'apprendre que la réponse est : internet (& ensuite, un processus de perfectionnement, bien entendu). En somme, ils ont réinterprété magistralement un grand classique mondial à la sauce montréalaise. Miam.
One of the best pizza spots in montreal. Have been eating this pizza since back in the day at NDQ, so great to see all their success. Easy, thin, crispy, perfect amount of flavour in the sauce & good quality cheese. Always hits, & you always know what you are going to get. For a White pie- recommend the potato. Also love the upside down pizza, cute & tasty. One note, you must call WAY in advance to get your hands on a pie. If not, walk right in for a slice.
