Premier review mais 3ème visite à ce restaurant qu'on considère le plus fiable au Central depuis des années.

Encore une fois, le service est supérieur à la moyenne, intéressé & sympathique.

En cuisine, on ne réinvente pas la roue, mais ce qu'on fait, on le fait très bien. On retourne toujours vers la pieuvre, fraîche, bien dorée sur le grill. La portion de thon est minuscule mais le goût & le plat était impeccable.

De loin, la vedette ce soir-là était le poisson du jour, savamment apprêté, beau mélange d'ingrédients, du grand art. En finale, on a légèrement regretté les betteraves, correct, sans plus.

Avec une bouteille de vin & apéro, plus de $200 pour 2 personnes. Un peu cher comparé à la compétition, aurait pu tomber à 4 étoiles car prix élevé mais le service & la qualité de la nourriture le maintien en tête de peloton au Central si vous cherchez un bon repas dans une ambiance de marché.

Recommandé.

The food was amazing. It was 4 course lunch. The only issue for me was they told me the 3rd course was swordfish, but it was actually shrimp which I cant eat so I left a little bit hungry but my husband left nice & full. He loved the shrimp. 5 stars

Toute une découverte! Salaria offre un service impeccable & Alonso Ortiz le chef est exceptionnel avec beaucoup d'entregent.

Wow, quelle belle découverte ! Nous avons choisi ce restaurant au départ grâce à l'accueil chaleureux & attentionné du personnel… & nous n'avons pas été déçus.

J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité exceptionnelle des plats, surtout considérant le prix très abordable : seulement 35 $ pour un menu quatre services. Chaque assiette était savoureuse & bien présentée.

Un gros plus : l'équipe a su adapter le menu à nos restrictions alimentaires & allergies avec beaucoup de soin & de professionnalisme.

Je recommande fortement cet endroit sans hésitation !

Enjoy every bite from holloumi salad to there scallops ,tuna a la plancha .Service was quick & vine selection price reasonably. Will definitely be going back .

An absolutely basic bar, with expensive drinks & rude staff. Some of the staff even came to the food court seating to check what I was drinking. The staff chatted about the customers while preparing very simple food.
