What started as a search for a nice dinner spot turned into one of the highlights of our 2-day visit to Montreal. I was craving tapas & Pintxos came up in the results. We were delighted with our bar seats which gave us a front row seat to see chef Alsonso at work & to meet visitors from Austria. The sangria was refreshing & the food was outstanding - smoked salmon with beets, scallops, pork cheek, mussels. Alonso, Eric & the whole team were personable & professional & worked seamlessly together to ensure we had a great experience & a fantastic meal. We liked it so much that we returned for lunch the next day!

Amazing food, amazing service, so attentive & kind & checks up on you regularly to make sure everything is good & if we needed anything, it's a tapas bar so we ordered a few items & everything was so flavourful & delicious will definitely be coming back to try more dishes! Highly recommend trying this place!

Just finished our meal, have not even paid yet, but I thought it is important to let the world know how wonderful this meal was.

Luckily we got the three bar stools right next to the food display & chef Omar. What a treat.

I opened with an Amaretto Sour (then a second one). We got one of each. The scallops, the octopus, the shrimp, the sword fish, & the lamb chops. Each unique. Each perfectly done. Each oozing with love. The flavour just followed. Every bite was a trip on its own.

After a long debate, we could not decide if the octopus or the scallops were our favourite. It is a tie, I guess. We are so delighted & happy. It is an amazing feeling. Thank you.

Super bar à tapas dans le complexe'le central' sur la rue Sainte-Catherine. Food court Haut de gamme. Nous avons décidé de faire notre première expérience de ce centre au Pintxo car nous avions été en Espagne & on voulait revivre un peu notre expérience passée. Pas de déception tout était vraiment bon le service était vraiment exceptionnel nous étions devant le chef & en plus toute l'équipe était vraiment extraordinaire. Pour ceux qui aiment les restaurants très tranquille, ce n'est pas votre place, il y a une ambiance assez élevée en décibels car plusieurs restos un à côté de l'autre, mais moi c'est mon style.. j'aime. Nous nous sommes gâtés avec 5 beaux tapas dans un spécial du chef. Les textures le goût les cuissons parfaites, le rêve quoi. Déjà plusieurs visites à ce bar & Alonso est toujours aussi agréable.

An absolutely basic bar, with expensive drinks & rude staff. Some of the staff even came to the food court seating to check what I was drinking. The staff chatted about the customers while preparing very simple food.

Great experience at Pintxo Tapas Bar.

The red wine & cocktail were excellent, the octopus & lamb were flavorful & perfectly cooked, & the service was great.

Definitely coming back.

Parfait ! Ce lieu mérite à être connu !
Menu unique du midi, entrée plat dessert pour 30$, tout était délicieux, bien présenté, bien travaillé, rien à redire, tout ça dans un environnement décontracté.
Ne mérite pas son nom de bar à tapas car il surpasse bons nombres de restaurants...

love the food here 🩷. it's in a'food court' bit if you sit at the bar it feels like a real resto! Try the scallops, lobster tail & lamb chops OMG ! Soooo good !

Bon bar à tapas avec du wine pairing.
Les serveur.ses sont accueillant.e.s, la nourriture est correcte & à un bon prix (c' est assez rare pour le mentionner). On a pris le poulpe (bien présenté, bien cuit) & les calamars frits avec 2 cocktails.

Le bémol reste l'ambiance sur-bruyante du central (un mercredi soir sans festival, donc loin d'être le plus bruyant), qui fait que même à l'écart, le bruit reste très présent.
