fabulous seafood in the old port. a bit expensive for that you're getting but still very good. we got the lobster roll, lobster risotto, bursts, tuna tartare, crab arancini, squid & octopus. highlights were the bursts, risotto,& squid. the tuna tartare was a bit salty & the fries with the lobster roll were cold. good experience but wouldn't go out of your way.
The service, food, atmosphere, everything was excellent! Tommy took amazing care of us & even had a replacement wine tasting when our selection want in stock. Can't recommend this place enough. Get the Lobster roll & poutine!

Visited Montreal for the first time, & this was a really nice place to stop by for lunch. Had lobster poutine & a lobster roll with my mother-- they were amazing after a day of walking around the old Montreal.
Our server, Marie was very caring & helped us with the menu because we weren't good with French. She was exceptionally attentive & helpful! Merci! Thank you for making our visit memorable.
We shared a lobster roll & the accompaniments here, which was enough food for both of us. Large portions, good value for what we paid, central location. Service was fast, & good ambience.
What a fantastic first experience! my friends & I enjoyed a truly delicious dinner.
We started with oysters from PEI, really fresh. We then shared the grilled octopus & fried cod, the octopus was a personal favourite of mine.
We all shared mains, lobster roll, lobster ravioli & lobster with risotto. All were super tasty & really hit the spot, the lobster roll was wonderfully seasoned & had a generous serving of meat, the fries were nice & crispy.
Our experience would not have been the same without our wonderful servers, David & Vanna, they were so friendly & hospitable, they really set the bar for proper service. Thanks again for a great first experience at Pincette.
I'm glad we chose this spot while we were in the Old Town. We had a lovely window-side table, which added charm to the experience with a view of the streets. The lobster dishes were fantastic - fresh, perfectly cooked, & full of flavor. The lobster roll was creamy & satisfying, while the grilled lobster paired with crispy fries was a delight. The ambiance was cozy, & the service was warm & attentive. Highly recommend for seafood lovers visiting Old Montreal!

had the lobster risotto & the roll . very high quality & well executed. also they have my favorite boreal beers that pair well with seafood! Eloise delivered impeccable service & our night was one that i would recommend to friends. I would say I prefer the east coast or Maine style of lobster roll where there are chunks of lobster instead of more shredded but that is a personal preference that does not impact my review.
My wife & I had the lobster roll lunch meal. The food was delicious. Our waiter Stephen was as nice as can be. He gave us sightseeing tips & was a pleasure to talk to. It was a very nice experience.
Thank you for visiting and taking the time to leave us a positive review! We appreciate your feedback and cannot wait to serve you again. Please feel free to spread the love :) ! Until next time! Stephen Pincette-Lobster bar
Husband & I had dinner here a few nights ago- overall, enjoyed our experience. Nicely situated in Old Montreal, has patio & indoor seating. Menu had a good selection for food & drinks- highlight of our meal was the octopus with hummus & tabouleh. We also ordered the arincini & lobster roll. Arincini was a bit bland & wished lobster roll had bigger pieces of lobster (had a more shredded-like texture). We had two servers- one was lovely & the other was not very friendly & also forgot part of our order.
We had lobster rolls & a burger. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh & delicious. Tommy was an excellent server. He was very attentive & friendly. The air conditioning was a bonus.
Loved the lobster roll , tasty & fresh food . Big thanks to Vana for her great service & hospitality, she was so sweet & friendly, advised us on food choices & made sure we were good all the time ❤️
Really good place! Which saying a lot considering it is in a very touristy area. They have a lot of indoor & outdoor seating. Their menu is primarily lobster based, but they have a bit for everyone. It's worth giving it a try! Really enjoy the lobster roll & while it is a bit on the pricy side, it had a significant amount of lobster.
