I'm revising this initially great review, because I just had some of that'cucumber salad' that shows up a lot on the menu. What I was served was essentially a raw onion salad. I can't believe their recipe would call for anything close to that. Also, one single toast with breakfast, really? There are lot of good things about this place but these those two things alone offset them unfortunately.
EDIT: & no way to put 15% tip (only 18% & up…). We need to do the actual math, lol. So yeah, that's another star.

I thought this place was going to be more of a coffee shop, but it ended up being a restaurant. However I don't think thats a bad thing. A coffee shop with restaurant service, that's how I would describe it. Océane, My waitress was impeccable, she was fast, super nice & she was always there when I needed her to be there, she has to have some sort of superpower to know when she's needed somewhere. Anyways 10/10 would definitely recommend. :)
My friends & I have done birthday parties here. Atmosphere is great, cozy, & not too loud & Pigeon (McGill) always accommodate for our big group parties (through email). The service is good, staff is nice. The food is a bit pricey I find & if I were you, I'd go here more for a coffee/chill hangout spot than for dinner. Overall, nice spot for hangouts!
We are a family of 4 visiting the city. We had here dinner & the food was amazing, atmosphere was gorgeous - the decor, the music & the dinnerware ! Great yummy dishes - we had the shakahuka - wow! So well made & is served with Challah bread. We also had the Steak sandwich, Mediterranean chicken & my family enjoyed it very much. The best dish was the Hummus & pita bread. They didn't stop eating. Prices are super reasonable. Will definitely come back when in the city & highly recommend for families & also for date nights.

We often visit this place & it's always such a pleasure to spend our time here. Our server Lindsay was not just professional & smart but at the same time very friendly & polite.

Cozy place with a welcoming atmosphere & excellent service. The coffee & pastries are high quality & beautifully presented. We tried the Matzo Ball Soup-great flavor, though it could benefit from a few smaller matzo balls instead of one very large one, allowing more room for the broth.
The only downside was the music being a bit too loud, which made conversation difficult at times. Still, the staff was patient & attentive throughout.

Beautiful spot, decor & vibe was great. Service abit slow. Waiter actually forgot about us & after about 45 minutes realized we didn't have any food & then entered it.
1.5 hours from start to finish.... not great at all unfortunately.
Food was good, toast was cold.
Maybe a off day for them, but I can't see us coming back.
Starter: Spinach/Artichoke dip with bread. It was my first ever attempt & it was delicious.
Main dish: Organic Salmon, I didn't enjoy it
Drink: Margarita, Virgin Mojito. Was just Ok
We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was very delicious & well presented. The staff were also very professional, & Sirwan specifically was very attentive & welcoming.
