Saw a post on instagram & decided to try it for girls brunch! A word: wow! The food is amazing! Delicious & so well presented!! You can tell they care about details! All the staff we interacted with were sweet & friendly & the service was fast too!

BEST breakfast I've ever had. The French toast... was to die for... I could've eaten like 8 plates. The ambiance was absolutely incredible, the drink selections was absolutely ridiculous - the variety, & the creativeness. Was a little confused at first as our waitress approached us in a different language every time she came to our table. But very friendly & fast. Staff is attentive & sociable. The food is well presented, filling & delicious & I also loved their cafe de olla, I wish it was bottomless! Overall nice vibe, the ambient music is a bit on the louder side though, so it's not for people who prefer a quiet meal. The food is amazing! Menu changes now & then, but everything I have tried has been delicious. Chilaquiles are my personal favorite. All drinks & cocktails are delicious. Food was excellent - innovative & delicious. We showed up for Sunday brunch without a reservation. We were given seats at the bar, but were pretty much completely ignored by the bartenders the entire time. A couple of random staff members (including the hostess & the manager) did eventually stop by to check on us, so we were able to get our orders in that way. The food & drinks were great, but I did find a piece of plastic in my sandwich, for which the friendly manager was apologetic & offered to remove it from our bill. I probably wouldn't have cared about the DJ's loud coughing from directly behind us if things had been better to begin with. Ultimately, I would have preferred to have been turned away at the door rather than seated & provided with inadequate service. Reservations strongly recommended - other customers seemed to be enjoying themselves.Voir plus

Piel Canela est un incontournable pour prendre un bon repas. Franchement, mon p'tit dej. fut délicieux. Une super ambiance avec le Dj, la serveuse a été très gentille, l'environnement est joli à regarder. Tous les sens sont sollicités. Seul petit hic c'est mon drink. We sat at the bar since we did not have a reservation & loved chatting with Ana while she made drinks & shared her favorites for us to try. The duck entrees were fantastic, nice & juicy, cooked perfectly. Their version of espresso martini is the best I've ever had!! Very smooth & well balanced. We had a great time at Piel Canelle. It was our first time on the terrasse. The food was excellent. The pancakes to die for. The drinks not only looked refreshing but were little works of art. Better than the 5 star hotel terrasse we visited afterwords. Highly recommend. I had the shakshouka. Tasty. Spicy. Will definitely re visit.Voir plus
