The service was good & the atmosphere of the place was pleasant.

We ordered a bun bo hue & a pho. The soups lacked flavor & authenticity. The meat was good but the pieces were small.

If you ask me, it wasn't worth the price since there are better Vietnamese alternatives in Montreal.

I have tried really hard to find a place where I can have Vietnamese food with original Vietnamese flavors, & eventually I found one which match my difficult demands. We ordered all the significant dishes like Bun Bo Hue, Pho & Com Tam, they all have amazing tastes. The owner of Ly Quoc Su Restaurant is super friendly & hospitable. Staffs are also very friendly & well taken care of customer’s need. Someone said the price is high but to me for this service & food quality, the price’s itself worth everything. Highly recommended when you travel to Montreal.

Que des éloges pour ce joli resto de cuisine vietnamienne nouvellement ouvert. Décoré d’un immense arbre de fleurs roses. Des roses à chaque table. Tout le personnel est bienveillant & la serveuse Taryn a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer les plats qui étaient délicieux avec une vue du carré Phillips en boni. De plus la propriétaire vient s’assurer que vous êtes satisfaite. Que demander de plus. Oui d’y retourner le plus tôt possible.

Nice well decorated atmosphere. Very friendly & responsive staff quick service & good food. Most Vietnamese food is similar from one place to another so usually the only thing you can look for is defects & there weren’t any here. The broth on the pho was great & the portions were huge. If you’re ordering pho you might want to consider splitting it between two people. We liked it so much. We brought our daughter & came a second night. The crème brûlée was good for dessert.

I really enjoyed this Pho. I highly recommend ordering with rare beef. The meat used here is AAA. Was also glad to meet the owner of the place, July. She is very welcoming & friendly. Good luck!
