Une des meilleures soupes tonkinoises que j'ai mangées à vie. Leurs rouleaux de printemps sont divins. Récemment ils ont rouvert la salle à manger, à staff très minimal, mais on y a été traités aux petits oignons & c'était une pure joie de pouvoir enfin manger sur place, après n'avoir que passé des commandes pour emporter ou des livraisons.

Les soupes étaient très délicieuses, nous avons gouté à celle au boeuf épicé & celle au poulet & légumes & nous les recommandons. il y avait plusieurs mouches à fruit qui volaient dans les airs. J'espère qu'ils pourront régler ce problème qui a un peu nuit à notre experience, car sinon le service était très bon & l'ambiance chaleureuse.

Les plats sont excellents Les portions sont généreuses Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Mention spéciale pour la très bonne soupe Bun bo hue. Selon moi, la meilleure en ville. Goût authentique leur bun bo hue.
