This past weekend my friends & I visited Petros griffintown. Most of us had already been here, but even the ones who hadn't thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere & server. Our server, Marino, really made our night with his one-liners & little jokes. Would highly recommend this restaurant for groups as it offers several group options & is bring your own wine. As always an incredible experience, thank you & see you soo Marino & the whole Petros team!
It would help to make the valet parking process clearer. When there was no o r at the valet last week, I parked in the back lane & someone put a large sticker on my driver's side windshield telling me that I had parked in the wrong spot. It made it hard to drive home safely & was about an hour's work to scrape it off the next day. I did not know. I'm f parking becomes as issue at the Griffintown location. I will have to stop going there.
It took an hour before we were given bread & longer for our orders to be taken. Our main courses came out at different times so some were finished before others got their food. One person never got her main course. 2 people had to send back the steak as it was too rare. I have been there before & loved it & this time it was a big disappointment. Best part was having a large square table for a group of 8 to interact.

No complaints. Our server Marino was amazing & went above & beyond I'd come back just to get served by him. The food was amazing. My first time here but for sure not my last time. If management is reading this Marino deserves a raise!!!!!
The tuna main dish was overpriced(45$ +tax+tip) kinda felt like appetizer (not sure what was the black sauce either balsamic vinegar) & I am sad cos I cook better tuna.(In picture, i had had more black sesame seeds on my plate than tuna haha). I liked the veggies (that's for my 2 stars, would be 3 if i had more veggies lol) Oh well thanks for the effort, next time I will know & will go to the Keg instead.
We had a great evening the food was good. The service was great.
The only part of the evening that our group did not appreciate was at approximately 10:45-11 PM. ...the lights go on full brightness like for closing time at a club. I have never experienced this in a restaurant before. We found it very unprofessional & we left with a bad vibe to our evening.
