The submarine sandwich (all dressed) was amazing, honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The ingredients were fresh & the flavors were perfect. The pizza was really good too; the crust was crispy & the toppings were delicious. Definitely a place I'd come back to!
I wish I could give 0 stars,so we called & asked for a sub,a french fry with gravy,had to explain a few times said u did not have that,advised its on the menu,so took some time,when we got our order we got a french fry with ketchup & mayo, did not get my french fry with gravy,& I was charged that,when I called the rear he said too bad I asked for a manager says he is not there & said he would call me the next day the next day comes around no call,in short they are ignoring all my calls, horribl resto,horrible food & maybe train ur workers to know the menu items when ordering we even said a french fry & vra y is a poutine with no cheeE,& he obviously did not understand anything,because my mother got a sub,asked for sauce on the side & ask to remove one topping & they doubled the topping she did not want.DO NOT ORDER FROM HRW EMPLOGEES DONT EVEN KNOW THERE MENU, resto deserves a negative 10 stars,they tell u a manager will call does not call & ignore my calls,never ordering from this restaurant that left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
With the phone num in memory this place for Pizza has been my most favourite. large all dressed is what you get. Made by the same owner, & his team moving boxes in front of the window. Keep up the great work. Visiting from Ontario, you are a must stop for an all dressed pizza
Service. Abrupt, impatient, & you fell like you're doing them a favour.
Atmosphere. Few tables to eat in. Not really a nice place to eat in. It's really a take out & delivery place.
Growing up with Pendeli's all my childhood in Laval where it used to be awesome in the 70's & 80's, I have expected to have the same experience here. After trying food here many times I have concluded this is not a good place to eat.
Pizza used to be awesome loaded with lots of toppings, especially pepperoni, plenty of sauce & cheese coverage & a heavy Montreal classic pizza. Today it's lots of bread, low sauce & cheese coverage, limited & cheap on toppings & therefore unpleasant to eat & expensive for what you get.
They used to have fantastic subs. These days there is more bread than quality ingredients especially the meats & also the cheese, but even the cheap lettuce is low. It's just it what it used to be or should be. Tell you what Pendeli's, charge a little more but make a good quality product like you used to do. Big let down.
Bottom line. I will never return again. This is more a dump than a legend as it used to be the standard for foods in this category. So sorry.

Probably the best pizzaria around the area. I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza.
It is hard to describe, but it tastes like official Italian pizza & it tastes amazing.
The price might be high, but it fills your belly & you will enjoy the taste.
They sadly only accept cash.
I tried this after hearing so much about it, I live a 5min walk away.
I ordered their pepperoni pizza to go. I was very disappointed, I really don't get how this place is so popular around here.
Crust is very doughy, & bland. Definitely lacks salt. The whole pizza actually needs salt, which is very surprising considering the ton of cheese & pepperoni on it.
The cheese is also absolutely tasteless, there's a alot of it, sure, but it doesn't have any flavor. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't even real cheese & something like analog cheese instead.
Same with the pep, tons of it, barely any flavor. There's also very little tomato sauce
Went back for the first time in ages. Was sad to see they changed the recipe. Used to be a monster pizza. Sad to see them fall victim to post covid shrinkflation. The dough had no bubbles, sauce tasted generic. lack of cheese. at least pepperoni was still cut length wise. won't be returning.
RIP childhood memories.

Best pizza in Montreal old school Italian when you walk they don't give a crap about you. It's funny. Come on hurry up order. Remember they only take cash. Been going there for years. Also, the submarines are amazing.
I've been a long time customer of Pendeli's on Cote Saint-Luc road. It is simply the best pizza ever! The homemade dough is delicious & strips of pepperoni are amazing! Theo is a master at his craft. I usually order the all dressed pizza & have also had their Greek salad both are delicious! I highly recommend Pendeli's it's a Montreal staple for a good reason.
