I ordered a pizza from this restaurant & it was one of the most disappointing meals I've ever received. The pizza arrived burnt, with large sections of the crust blackened & inedible. It looked more like a piece of burnt dough than an actual pizza.

There was virtually no pizza sauce on it whatsoever. The dough had puffed up so much that most of the pizza was just dry bread with a few toppings scattered on top. The pizza was so thin & lacking ingredients that parts of it were practically see through. For the price I paid, I expected a proper pizza, not a burnt piece of dough with almost no sauce.

The quality was unacceptable, & I felt completely ripped off. I would not order from this restaurant again & would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent pizza.

I've been ordering here since 1978 & I've always been having a great experience but the last few times I've ordered pizza the quality has gone down big time & when i call today to express my opinion about how long I've been ordering from there & was not happy with my last pizza order I got nothing but excuses you would think they would not want to loose a valued customer & at least offer a discount on the next order but nope nothing needless to say no more pandelli's for me

Like always. Every pizza are now pizza pizza thin. 42$ for an extral large. Weight as much as pizza pizza, pizza. Used to be nixe thick full of ingredients pizza.

I have been eating their pizza for decades. I still think it is one of the best pepperoni pizzas I have ever had. I have no idea why there are reviews that are so poor. Maybe they are just wanting some frozen pizza taste. Going to order today...because I just love it. Fresh ingredients...great taste...

First off great pizza no argument there, crunchy chewey crust , plenty of toppings not too overloaded just right, my preference is to have pizza that is not too over filling so you can enjoy all the flavors. The only real pet peeve I have is their delivery time it can take over 90min in spite of being 10-15 min away, kind of outrageous.
