I have been going here for a couple years, practically since they opened. Everything tastes amazing & always comes out perfect. The old staff were super nice & welcoming too. However I've seen some new people, some new staff & some of them are quite rude & unfriendly. It's a shame as it ruins the experience, especially when you're nice with them no matter what.
Quality of food & service is very nice, one the staff Golnoush was very friendly & professional . We were group of 4, the vegetarian option was very nice too .
Hands down, best burger I've had while in Montréal (yet 😜). The freshness of the buns, patty & veggies on the burger made it so wholesome & delightful.
I had a slight misunderstanding with my online order that was efficiently & promptly resolved, which I appreciate the team for that.

I found the smash burgers & fries excellent although certainly wouldn't qualify as cheap in terms of price but the quality of what you are getting is on par.
Total for burger & a fountain drink was $22, plus fries would have been well over $26 probably
That said the burger was excellent, well seasoned, juicy & delicious. I put them in a different class, not fast food but way better than any'comparable' fast food chains in terms of taste (A&W, Mcdo, Harveys etc).
The fries were also a pleasant surprise. Well seasoned & flavorful & much smaller than fast food fries, more akin to sizing you'd get with steak frites.
This place is not good. Size of what you get for what you pay is terrible. It takes forever to get your food around dinner. It feels like a hypebeast place. When they first opened they parked a Lamborghini outside to attract customers. Should tell you what kind of place it is.

Fries, frozen but tasty (the way good McDonald's fries used to be).
The fries with the extra was not very tasty, but I could see how some might like that sort of thing.
4 instead of 5 stars because of Coke products vs something locally made. Some dessert options would have been lovely. Maybe butter tarts? Or milkshakes.
The best part was Zoe, who made me & my newly arrived French cousin feel so at home with her perfect bilingualism.
5/5 for the aesthetic

Its good for a special occasion or once in a blue moon but unless you're filthy rich this place is too pricey for my liking & the taste is alright
Waited nearly 30 minutes for a take-out burger while they stuffy was laughing & joking around. The food is marginally better than McDonalds. Not worth your time
