Client depuis autour de 20 ans. Dernière visite aujourd'hui. Un pain au chocolat sec avec 2 micro pépites de chocolat pour près de 5$, une pizza aux tomates encore une fois sèche à près de 20$ avec l'équivalent d'une tomate cerise de sauce tomate... Ce n'est plus ce que c'était.

Première fois pour nous hier à la pâtisserie Laura, certainement pas la dernière! J'avais besoin de pizza aux tomates pour un party, après avoir vu les commentaires Google j'ai commandé à cette pâtisserie, les avis sont véridiques la pizza est délicieuse! 🤗

J'y suis allée pour chercher un gâteau aux fraises la seule option était le shortcake (assez classique). Par contre nous avons trouvé le ratio un peu off, trop de crème fouetté & pas assez de fraises à notre goût. La pizza au fromage réchauffée au airfryer est délicieuse! Bonne pâte bien aérienne & croustillante sur le dessous.

Nice place, fast service, a lot of people, very tasty bread & pastry. Place is specialized in Italian breads, pastry & imports. Everything looks tasty, we usually buy pastry or bread. Red velvet is the best in the area. Atmosphere is busy, the place looks popular. There is a famous square pizza that is really popular among customers. There are few Italian bakeries in the area but Laura is definitely in the top.
