The original owners were solid & was never disappointed. Has changed ownership twice in the last few years. The first time around the new owner was a miserable human being, bad mouthing customers. Since the bakery has been resold. The new owners put a lot into a new decor & new products, & staff is definitely friendly & helpful. However, the quality is inconsistent. There are times that their pizza is outstanding, fluffy & light & tben there are days when it's thin, undercooked & way too saucy. The same for the bread. I've bought bread at 10am not to find it not fresh. Listen, I get you might have day old bread, but tell me & sell it at a discount. Also, the prices are inline with a higher quality product, & they can't deliver consistently.

Patisserie Vimont is hands down my favourite bakery, my go-to for cakes, pizzas, coldcuts, bread, pastries & catering. They really surpassed my expectations. 🩷 Laura & her team are absolutely incredible, not only they are professional & welcoming but their products are fresh, high quality & delicious. Patisserie Vimont really made my vision come to life. Georgia was the one who served me & she is amazing! Thank you for excellent service & products! PS. The new owner has made great changes in her products & quality. Patisserie Vimont has won me over from the competitors. Her cakes are delisheously fresh finger licking good, Her pastries the same very tasty creams no immitation there. Congratulations in achieving my 5 star approval.
