Very good food, the employees were amazing & was generous to add one more taco, very nice atmosphere & good music in the background, I highly recommend this place, the tacos were awesome

Une expérience malheureusement catastrophique pour nous.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil était très froid. Nous avons pourtant précisé que c'était notre première fois & que nous ne connaissions pas le menu, mais personne n'a pris le temps de nous conseiller ou de nous expliquer les spécialités.

La nourriture a été une grosse déception : les plats étaient froids, très fades & manquaient vraiment de goût & d'assaisonnement. Même les frites n'étaient pas fraîches.

Nous étions venus avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme pour découvrir ce restaurant, mais nous sommes repartis extrêmement déçus, autant par l'accueil & le service que par la nourriture.

Malheureusement, pour nous, première & dernière visite.

The service was good. But the food my mom got the steak tacos (gluten free) was not good! We had asked multiple times if the serving was gluten free & they reassured us 3x. Mom, is 75 year old & has been sick since with gastrointestinal problems. We are disappointed.

Little Mexican restaurant in Laval. The specialty is Quesabirria, which is a soft shell tacos with choice of meat & a dip. The dip is the meat sauce.

They also have regular tacos, quesatacos (tacos with cheese), enchiladas, burritos, nachos, poutine (?), chilaquiles (nachos served on green sauce, sour cream & cheese & some more. Menu is available on qr code but you can have paper if you prefer.

We came on a Thursday night near 5pm. It was empty the whole time, but it seems a recurring theme on restaurant this summer so I won't judge on that.

I tried the beef quesabirria. It's a soft shell tacos with a meat juice dip. My girlfriend took the birra chilaquiles. Overall it was good, but nothing that would make me come back. Both meal were pulled beef in the end & tasted exactly the same. I didn't get the dip thing with the tacos. The beef already taste like the juice (since, well, it's the meat juice) so it added nothing when I dipped it. The chilaquiles tastes exactly the same but with chips instead. It's suppose to have a green sauce (we did saw it) but couldn't saw there was a difference in taste.

I also took a small chips & guacamole. It's wasn't bad, fresh, but it welt like it was missing some seasoning or something in the guacamole. Was a bit blend.

Maybe pork or chicken would be better but we didn't try.

All in all, it's not bad, I wouldn't say no if someone offered me food from there but it wouldn't be my first pick. If you are craving'Americanize' Mexican (usual tex me & such), this isn't for sure. It is not a 3 amigos or Carlos & pepes (which are worst in my opinion). I can't vouch for authenticity of the food according to Mexican cuisine since I don't know outside of Americanize one.
