Also service from staff is below average & so so not very welcoming

Je voulais my rendre avec ma famille pour manger, mais avant j'ai appelé par téléphone afin de savoir si leur viande est halal & on m'a répondu « je vais aller m'informer » après s'être informée, elle a dit oui c'est bien halal…

Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu essayer votre poulet car nous ne mangeons pas halal.

Mon commentaire est une information pour les clients qui, comme nous, ne consomment pas de viande halal.

De la même façon que certaines personnes choisissent de manger uniquement halal, il existe aussi des personnes qui préfèrent ne pas en manger pour des raisons valables.

Pour notre part, le fait que la viande soit halal implique un rite religieux auquel on ne souhaite pas participer ou s'associer dans notre alimentation. C'est donc la raison pour laquelle nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu essayer votre menu.C'est comme imposer une viande alors que pas tout le monde consomme ça.

Mon avis a pour but d'informer les consommateurs ayant les mêmes préférences que nous.

I've been to Casa Santos a few times now, & it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, & the portions are really good. The chicken is cooked perfectly, & the piri-piri sauce is amazing if you like a bit of spice. The staff are always friendly & make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Service is quick, even when it's busy, & the overall atmosphere is great. You can tell they really care about the food & their customers. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Laval, & I'll keep coming back!

The chicken has no more taste , is it the chicken ? It tastes boiled , its probably because of such a high demand , they cant furnish , the chickens are probably boiled & they just grill them on the outside , & then people put the sauce & there happy , its crazy what restaurants are coming down to .
