had no idea this was like a vegan place but tbf it's like a alt millennial place & they do shit like that. apparently the burger was good, but i didn't eat it, so take that as you will, i just had a poutine. so that has soy gravy, which wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese, which was sorta rubbery, as i said, vegan. the fries & stuff were made fresh, but it was sorta concerning when the cheese wasn't like melty idk? it wasn't like bad tho? just standard food. i also had the house tea, which was like peachy i think ? it was yum tho!! I'm a drink person tho, so I'm naturally biased. also note that the music in here is like hazardously niche, like underground techno or something idk what was going on

April 2026: Patatine was fantastic, the vegetables give it a nice crunch. The Mediterranean burger & the burger with the sausage & cabbage were good too. Friendly efficient service. Cute deco

Worst customer service experience I've had.
I stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes without any employee acknowledging me. During that time, orders were taken from customers who arrived after me while I was completely ignored. I eventually had to go to the counter myself before someone finally took my order.
After placing my order, I waited another 20 minutes. What was especially disappointing was that employees were bringing other customers' orders outside, but when my order was ready, I was called inside to pick it up myself. Also they didnt include any kind of cutlery which is a basic common sense.
The overall experience made me feel unwelcome & unfairly treated, & it honestly gave me the impression that I was being treated differently(felt racism). On top of that, I paid almost $70 for just a few items, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Commandé une poutine. Service rapide, les frites sont délicieuses, la sauce aussi & le fromage apporte sa petite touche. Pas assez de place à l'intérieur pour pouvoir s'asseoir.
