Fin mai, défi pour tout ce qui passera dans notre assiette de là, à quelques mètres de notre table qui pousse & vit à la ferme. Quel bonheur de partager ce qui ne peu pas être plus frais, pas seulement avec nos proches, mais ceux & celles qui partagent votre même table, qui au fur & à mesure que la soirée avance, se délectent aussi avec joie qui déborde, devenant sourires & échangent entre tous pour devenir un moment de grâce délicieux. Tout est préparer avec soin de mettre en valeur la fraîcheur & les saveurs. La carte des vins est intéressante aussi, plusieurs bouteilles de vignerons québécois, & une belle section de bulles.
