Parcelles is widely celebrated as an exceptional farm to table destination that offers a profound connection to the land through its intentional and refined culinary approach. Guests frequently praise the high level of technical execution found in each dish, noting that the seasonal, locally sourced produce is treated with immense care and creativity. While the communal seating style occasionally departs from traditional notions of intimacy, it fosters a warm, relaxed, and shared atmosphere that many find both therapeutic and memorable. J'aurais apprécié des tables autres que des tables à pique-nique. De belles vieiiles tables en bois avec de vieilles chaises seraient un plus.
Excellente recherche au niveau des saveurs. Entrée & stationnement pourraient êtres améliorés.Vue magnifique.

Exactly what I imagined for a small farm-to-table restaurant. Adorable, friendly, & just really good.

There are plenty of family-owned farms scattered around the Eastern Townships, but you rarely see a kitchen actually treating local produce with this much intention. Zero luxury touches. No traditional heavy proteins like beef or pork. It's not strictly fine dining, but the technical execution & delicate detailing on each dish was on par with some of the best high-end spots I've hit this year.

My favorite dish of the night was the raw turnips with a ramp-infused pork lardo dip. By whipping pure, unctuous lardo into an airy emulsion spiked with ramp, the kitchen created a pungent (& a tad spicy) bite that sliced right through the cured pork fat. & the aggressively crunchy slices of raw turnip was a perfect vessel & its high water content acted as an instant palate cleanser. Never thought I'd be raving about turnips as an opener, but it was one of the most memorable plates I've had in a while.

Another good hit was the grilled shallot with crab bisque & pickled rose. Instead of burying floral notes in a dessert, they pivot & use them to drive a savory entrée. The lightly caramelized shallot actsed as a sweet, jammy anchor for the umami of the crab. But what I liked the most was the pickled rose sauce. By weaponizing acidity to stabilize those highly volatile floral compounds, they stretch a fleeting, delicate blossom into a lingering savory backbone.

Seating was communal. They group random parties together at large tables of eight. It sacrifices a bit of the intimate, rustic solitude you might expect from a place like this, but I ended up meeting some incredibly nice locals. Highly recommend making the drive if you want an atmosphere that is completely relaxed but still ambitious.

Incroyable incroyable incroyable! À date, c'est la meilleure table champêtre à laquelle nous avons mangé. Nous sommes tombés sur le menu à l'érable & c'était simplement exquis. L'érable était subtil, mais toujours au bon endroit! C'est fait avec amour & on recommande!!

Discovering Parcelles feels like uncovering Quebec's best-kept culinary secret. Chef Dominic Labelle has masterfully created an experience that transcends typical restaurant dining - this is true farm-to-fork philosophy brought to life in the most authentic way possible.

What sets Parcelles apart isn't just the exceptional food (though the seven-course tasting menu is absolutely phenomenal), but the complete immersion into the agricultural process. Watching the team gather herbs from the garden during your meal, knowing your salad greens were picked that morning, & tasting vegetables at their absolute peak ripeness creates a connection to your food that's increasingly rare in modern dining.

The intimate 19-seat format allows Chef Labelle & his team to deliver personalized attention that feels more like dining in a friend's spectacular garden than a traditional restaurant. The seasonal menu keeps each visit fresh & exciting, showcasing the incredible diversity of what Quebec's soil can produce.

Yes, reservations are challenging to secure, & yes, it's a significant investment. But Parcelles delivers something you simply cannot find elsewhere - a dining experience that honors both culinary excellence & environmental stewardship while creating memories that last long after the final course.

This is exactly the kind of restaurant that makes Quebec's food scene so extraordinary. A true celebration of terroir in its most authentic form.

I don't usually write review, but I needed to write one because they deserve it!! When I saw the google reviews, I thought that it was an outdoor pizza place. Dominique said it is during summertime! During winter they have beautiful indoor communal tables with the chef's tasting menu! They use ingredients from local farms, including direct from their own farm. Everything was so delicious & amazing!! Great beverage list as well. Thank you for all the effort to make this an unforgettable experience.
