I don't usually write review, but I needed to write one because they deserve it!! When I saw the google reviews, I thought that it was an outdoor pizza place. Dominique said it is during summertime! During winter they have beautiful indoor communal tables with the chef's tasting menu! They use ingredients from local farms, including direct from their own farm. Everything was so delicious & amazing!! Great beverage list as well. Thank you for all the effort to make this an unforgettable experience.

Deuxième visite chez Parcelles & toujours aussi impressionnée! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, le service attentionné, & on se sent presque comme invités chez le chef. Tout ce qu'on a mangé était excellent du début à la fin, & la recommandation de vin était parfaite. Une adresse qui vaut vraiment le détour!

Chaleureux, exceptionnel, émouvant, des saveurs surprenantes, convivial, une très grande maîtrise de la cuisine & de l'art de recevoir. Ce sont les mots qui nous viennent en tête après un souper chez Parcelles.
Comme voisins, nous avons la chance de voir tout le travail effectué au gré des saisons, dans les champs, le verger & les serres. Du soin quotidien apporté à la basse cour & à tout ce qui touche la gestion d'une entreprise agricole. Du choix des semis d'exception, de la culture des légumes & de leur conservation sous toute ses formes. Du choix des vins qui nous sortent du convenu, de l'ordinaire.
Quelle chance de voir évoluer un chef (& son équipe extraordinaire) qui nous transmets ses passions, ouvre notre esprit à la nouveauté, à la beauté de la nature qui nous entoure.

'Table champêtre' by chef Dominic Labelle & his team in Austin, QC.
One of the best table I have had the chance to enjoy in my life.
7 services of fresh, tasty, inventive, delicious & beautiful dishes. All made from just picked ingredients in their garden &/ or greenhouses & seasonal delicacies.
Add to this a well researched & extensive'cave à vin'!
'Parcelles' is a must for foodies & gourmets alike.
Reservations are required & the calendar opens the 1st of the month preceding the reservation schedule.
Only 19 guests at a time so it fills up very quickly. But then you get treated like royalty.
To note: When we were there, one of the guests was allergic to seafood & had mentioned this in the reservation form. The chefs had already noted & had prepared an alternative to the dish containing lobster. The guest comment was that his dish was possibly better than ours.
